Senate

Pride Plaza Ahmedabad is located in Bodakdev, one of the city's prominent commercial and residential neighbourhoods in western Ahmedabad. The property is accessible via S G Highway (Sarkhej–Gandhinagar Highway), a key arterial road connecting the airport, Gandhinagar, and major business clusters. This positioning makes it convenient for delegates travelling from different parts of the city.

The Senate is a dedicated event room within Pride Plaza Hotel, Ahmedabad, which is a full-service upscale hotel. Guests and delegates using the Senate have access to the broader hotel infrastructure, including dining, accommodation, and parking. This makes it especially practical for events requiring on-site hospitality support.

Yes, Pride Plaza Ahmedabad has guest room accommodation on-site, which is particularly useful for outstation delegates, speakers, or VIP guests attending multi-day conferences or events. Organisers should contact the hotel directly to check room availability and any group booking rates that may apply alongside their event reservation.

The Senate can be configured in a variety of layouts, including theatre, classroom, and boardroom-style arrangements, depending on the nature of the event. The flexibility in setup makes it adaptable for both formal conferences and more interactive workshop-style sessions. Specific layout options and capacities should be confirmed with the Pride Plaza events coordinator.

The Senate is supported by the hotel's professional events infrastructure, which typically includes audiovisual facilities for conferences and presentations. For precise details on available AV equipment — such as projectors, screens, microphones, or PA systems — organisers should check directly with the hotel's events team to confirm what is included and what may require supplementary hire.

Pride Plaza Ahmedabad has on-site catering capabilities as part of its full-service hotel offering. Whether external catering vendors are permitted is subject to the hotel's policy, and organisers should clarify this directly with the property when making enquiries. In-house catering menus, including meal formats suitable for conferences and corporate events, can be discussed with the events team.

Pride Plaza Ahmedabad provides parking facilities for guests and event delegates. Given its location in Bodakdev along the S G Highway corridor, the property is also accessible by road from multiple directions. For large events where parking demand may be high, it is advisable to confirm available capacity with the hotel in advance.

The Senate can be booked for varying durations, including half-day and full-day formats, depending on availability and the hotel's booking policy. Organisers running shorter sessions such as morning briefings or afternoon workshops should discuss timing and pricing directly with the Pride Plaza events team. Flexible slot options make the space practical for events of different lengths.

Enquiries for the Senate at Pride Plaza Ahmedabad can be directed to the hotel's events or reservations team, typically via the official website at pridehotel.com or by contacting the property directly. The team will usually provide availability, layout options, catering packages, and a customised quote based on the event's requirements. It is advisable to book well in advance for popular dates, particularly during peak corporate and wedding seasons.

Yes, Bodakdev is positioned in the western part of Ahmedabad and sits close to major commercial zones along S G Highway, which is home to a significant concentration of corporate offices and business parks. This makes the Senate a convenient choice for companies hosting events whose attendees are based in or travelling through the western corridor. Accessibility from the city's IT and commercial hubs adds to the venue's appeal for corporate bookings.

As a full-service hotel, Pride Plaza Ahmedabad provides professional events coordination support as part of its offering. This typically means organisers have a single point of contact who manages room setup, catering, AV, and other operational details. The scope of coordination support should be confirmed at the time of enquiry to align with the organiser's expectations.

The Senate's location in Bodakdev, with direct access to S G Highway, makes it well positioned for events drawing attendees from Gandhinagar, which lies along the same corridor to the north of Ahmedabad. The route connectivity reduces travel time and makes the venue a practical midpoint for mixed audiences from Ahmedabad and the state capital. Organisers expecting Gandhinagar-based delegates may find this a meaningful logistical advantage.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport is located in the western part of Ahmedabad, and Pride Plaza's Bodakdev address places it broadly in the same western zone of the city. The exact travel time can vary based on traffic and the specific route taken. Organisers expecting guests arriving by air should verify the current distance and estimated travel time with the hotel or a mapping service before communicating logistics to delegates.

Yes, the Senate's adaptable layout options — including classroom and boardroom configurations — make it a practical choice for training sessions, workshops, and interactive seminars, not just large-format conferences. The hotel's catering and AV support can be tailored to match the format of the programme. Organisers should discuss the specific requirements of their session with the events team to ensure the setup is optimised accordingly.
