Plaza Lawns

Plaza Lawns is an open-air lawn space, which makes it ideal for large, elaborately decorated events. Weather contingency arrangements, such as marquee tenting or access to indoor convention spaces within the hotel, should be discussed directly with the events team when booking, as options and availability may vary by season and event scale.

The lawn format at Plaza Lawns is specifically suited to the scale and energy of North Indian wedding celebrations, including baraat receptions and large phera ceremonies. The open setting allows for dhol performances, live music, and grand décor installations that enclosed spaces often cannot accommodate. Specific capacity and layout details should be confirmed with the banqueting team.

As a full-service hotel, Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center has an in-house kitchen and banqueting operation that supports events held at Plaza Lawns. Catering options, menus, and any policies regarding external caterers should be confirmed directly with the hotel's events and catering team.

The Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center property includes on-site parking, which is an important convenience for large events where guests arrive in multiple vehicles. For specific details about parking capacity and any valet or attendant services, it is best to check with the hotel in advance of the event.

The open-air nature of Plaza Lawns makes it highly amenable to large mandap structures, floral canopies, fairy-light installations, and themed décor setups. Because it is an outdoor space, planners generally have greater freedom with height and spread of installations compared to a fixed indoor hall. Coordination with the hotel on any structural or power requirements for décor is recommended.

The outdoor lawn setting at Plaza Lawns offers greater acoustic freedom than enclosed venues, making it suitable for live music, orchestra performances, and dhol ensembles that are a staple of celebratory events in Lucknow. Specific permissions, sound limits, and permissible hours should be confirmed with the hotel and verified against local municipal guidelines.

Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center is a full-service hotel with guest rooms on the same property as Plaza Lawns, which is a significant convenience for events where many guests are travelling from outside Lucknow. Room availability and group booking rates for event guests should be discussed with the hotel's reservations team.

The property is located in Junab Ganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, a well-connected part of the city with access from major arterial roads. For precise directions and advice on the best approach routes for event guests, the hotel can provide guidance.

Because Plaza Lawns is part of Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center, which also has indoor convention and banquet facilities, planners can design multi-format events that use the lawn alongside interior spaces for pre-function areas, dining, or breakout sessions. The events team can help design a floor plan that integrates both indoor and outdoor areas seamlessly.

Interested clients can reach out to the events or banqueting team at Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center directly through the hotel's official website or by contacting the property. Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center's in-house kitchen is equipped to support the large-scale, multi-cuisine catering that North Indian weddings typically require. Specific menus, cuisine preferences, and customisation options are best discussed with the hotel's catering team, who can tailor offerings to the nature and size of the event.

Yes, the open outdoor setting of Plaza Lawns serves as a distinctive backdrop for corporate events such as product launches, brand activations, and large networking dinners where the atmosphere of a conventional banquet hall is not the desired tone. The hotel's event infrastructure and professional banqueting team support corporate formats just as they do social events.

Given that Plaza Lawns is part of a convention-scale hotel, AV and technical support services are typically available; however, the specific equipment, setup options, and any third-party vendor policies should be confirmed with the events team at Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center prior to booking.
