Resorts World Function Room

The Equarius Villas complex has a lush, low-rise, garden-rich character that gives the function room a residential and intimate ambiance rather than the feel of a conventional hotel meeting space. Guests are not sharing common areas with a large hotel's general population, which lends events a sense of privacy and exclusivity. This atmosphere is especially valued for VIP entertainment, high-end corporate hospitality, and personal milestone celebrations.

Yes, the space is well suited to corporate uses including executive briefings, strategy sessions, and small-scale product or client showcases where a polished, private environment is important. The villa surroundings of Equarius reinforce a premium tone that aligns with executive-level gatherings. Specific AV equipment availability and room configuration options should be confirmed directly with the Resorts World Sentosa events team.

Resorts World Sentosa is accessible via the Sentosa Express light rail, which connects from VivoCity at HarbourFront MRT station (served by the Circle Line and North East Line). Guests may also arrive by private car or taxi via the Sentosa Gateway road link. Walking and cycling paths provide additional access options from the main island.

Under normal traffic conditions, Resorts World Sentosa is approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Singapore Changi Airport by road, making it accessible for international delegates or guests arriving directly from overseas. Taxis and private hire vehicles are readily available at Changi Airport for this journey.

Resorts World Sentosa's broader infrastructure — including its restaurants, waterfront promenade, and leisure facilities — means that event planners can programme multi-part or multi-day agendas that flow between the function room and other resort venues. This flexibility makes the space attractive for corporate retreats or social occasions with several distinct segments. Coordination across venues should be arranged with the resort's events team in advance.

Sentosa's island setting gives events a retreat-like quality, helping attendees stay focused and engaged in a way that a city-centre venue often cannot replicate. The defined perimeter of the island, combined with the garden landscape of Equarius Villas, creates an atmosphere that feels apart from Singapore's urban environment while remaining conveniently close to the city. This balance is particularly valued for corporate off-sites and private celebrations where immersion and exclusivity matter.

Verified capacity figures for this specific function room are not publicly confirmed at this time. Prospective clients are encouraged to get in touch with the Resorts World Sentosa events team, who can provide exact figures based on the event format and seating arrangement required.

Resorts World Sentosa operates a wide range of on-property dining and catering options that can typically be arranged for events held within the resort. Whether external caterers are permitted is a matter of the venue's current policy, so this should be clarified with the events team when enquiring about a booking.

Specific details about in-house décor packages, AV equipment, and technical setup capabilities have not been independently confirmed for this space. Planners should request a full list of available technical facilities and décor support from the Resorts World Sentosa events team when submitting an enquiry.

Yes — the Equarius Villas are a villa-style accommodation product within Resorts World Sentosa, so on-site lodging is available as part of the broader property. This makes the space well suited for multi-day corporate retreats or destination celebrations where guests may wish to stay on the premises. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed directly with the resort.

Resorts World Sentosa has parking facilities available for visitors arriving by private vehicle. The specifics of parking arrangements for events — including any dedicated or valet options — should be confirmed with the venue team at the time of booking.

Availability and pricing for the Resorts World Function Room can be enquired about through the Resorts World Sentosa events or reservations team. Providing details about the event date, expected guest numbers, event format, and any catering or AV requirements will help the team prepare an accurate proposal.

The intimate, villa-style character of Equarius Villas makes the function room a fitting choice for couples seeking an exclusive setting for a solemnisation ceremony or a private pre-wedding dinner. The lush garden surrounds and resort-level hospitality provide a memorable backdrop for these occasions. Couples should consult with the Resorts World Sentosa events team regarding specific wedding packages and any licencing requirements for solemnisations.

Resorts World Sentosa, as a major integrated resort, is generally designed to accommodate guests with varying mobility needs, but specific accessibility details for the Equarius Villas function room — such as step-free access routes or dedicated facilities — should be verified with the resort directly before booking.
