A Venue for Unforgettable Spectacles

The Royal Lawn is purpose-built for events that aim to make a major impact. It is the quintessential venue for a lavish wedding reception, where thousands of guests can celebrate in comfort and style. The open space is perfect for incorporating traditional processions, fireworks displays, and extensive live food counters, creating a festive, carnival-like atmosphere. For corporate clients, the lawn is an exceptional choice for annual family days, large-scale award ceremonies, car launches, and outdoor exhibitions. Its vast expanse can accommodate product displays, team-building activities, and entertainment stages simultaneously. The venue has also proven to be ideal for live concerts and cultural festivals, where the open environment enhances the acoustic experience and allows for a large, standing audience. The flexibility of the space means that an event planner is limited only by their imagination, with the lawn transforming to fit the unique requirements of any high-profile event.

Logistical Freedom and Professional Support

Hosting an event on the Royal Lawn comes with the full logistical support and professional oversight of the Savya Greens team. The venue is equipped with adequate power supply points to support complex lighting, sound, and catering equipment. Access for vendors, trucks, and production crews is well-planned, ensuring that the setup and teardown processes are efficient and do not disturb other resort activities. The resort's policy of allowing external decorators and caterers is particularly beneficial for an outdoor venue of this scale, as it allows planners to bring in specialists in large-scale tenting, lighting, and cuisine to create a truly bespoke experience. Combining this immense, flexible space with the convenience of on-site accommodation and ample parking, the Royal Lawn at Savya Greens offers a comprehensive and powerful solution for anyone looking to host a landmark outdoor event in Vadodara.
