Gardens

Yes, the Gardens is an outdoor, open-air venue set within the hotel's grounds, which gives it a natural and spacious feel suited to large Indian celebrations and themed events. Because it is exposed to the elements, weather contingency planning is an important consideration, particularly during the monsoon season. Prospective clients should speak with the Sayaji Indore events team about contingency arrangements or alternative indoor spaces that can be made available if conditions change.

The Gardens is among the more popular choices at Sayaji Indore for wedding-related functions, including ceremonies, sangeet nights, mehendi events, and large reception dinners. Its lush, landscaped outdoor setting provides a naturally festive and romantic backdrop that complements traditional Indian décor and floral installations. The venue's open layout also supports the kind of large guest lists that characterise celebratory events in the region.

It is advisable to inform the hotel of expected guest volumes so parking logistics can be planned in advance.

Yes, Sayaji Indore is a full-service hotel with its own guest rooms and suites, so out-of-town attendees can stay on-site rather than arranging accommodation elsewhere. This is particularly useful for multi-day weddings or corporate events where guests are travelling from other cities or from abroad. Room block arrangements for event groups can be discussed with the hotel's reservations or events team.

The open-air layout of the Gardens supports a wide range of décor configurations, from elaborate floral mandap installations and themed stage setups to simple, elegant arrangements for corporate or social events. The natural, landscaped backdrop reduces the need for heavy structural décor, giving planners creative flexibility while keeping budgets manageable. Specific décor vendor policies — including whether outside decorators are permitted — should be confirmed with the Sayaji Indore events team.

As an open-air outdoor venue, sound and AV requirements for the Gardens may differ from those of an indoor ballroom, and specific equipment availability should be confirmed directly with the hotel's events team. Sayaji Indore's banquet operations staff are experienced in coordinating technical requirements for outdoor events and can advise on what is provided in-house versus what may need to be arranged through external vendors.

Open-air venues in Indian cities are often subject to local noise and timing regulations, which can affect late-night events involving amplified music or DJ performances. The applicable rules in Indore should be confirmed with the Sayaji Indore events team, who will be familiar with the operational boundaries for outdoor functions at the property. Planning the event schedule and sound levels in accordance with these guidelines helps avoid disruptions on the day.
