Eugena Ballroom

The Eugena Ballroom is an enclosed indoor space, providing air-conditioned shelter from Singapore's tropical weather. This makes it a practical choice for couples or corporate clients who want a beach-adjacent atmosphere without exposure to rain or heat. The surrounding resort grounds and outdoor areas can complement the event but are separate from the ballroom itself.

Siloso Beach Resort is located on Sentosa Island in the Imbiah area, accessible from the mainland via the Sentosa Express monorail from VivoCity, private vehicles via Sentosa Gateway, or the Sentosa bus network. The resort is a short distance from Beach Station on the Sentosa Express. Guests travelling by car will find parking available on Sentosa Island.

Changi Airport is approximately 30 minutes from Sentosa Island by road under normal traffic conditions, making Siloso Beach Resort a feasible destination for international delegates and overseas wedding guests. Taxis, private hire cars, and shuttle arrangements can be coordinated for airport transfers. The resort's events team can advise on transfer logistics for larger groups.

Yes, Siloso Beach Resort has on-site guest rooms, including its distinctive treehouse-style accommodation, which makes it well suited to multi-day corporate retreats or weddings where guests are travelling from overseas. Organisers planning a residential event package should confirm room block availability and rates directly with the resort. Booking accommodation alongside the Eugena Ballroom can simplify logistics for out-of-town attendees.

Specific capacity figures for the Eugena Ballroom depend on the event layout chosen — banquet rounds, theatre-style, or cocktail standing configurations each yield different numbers. Organisers are encouraged to contact the Siloso Beach Resort events team directly with their preferred setup to receive an accurate capacity figure for their event.

The Eugena Ballroom's setting within Siloso Beach Resort's Imbiah hillside property gives it a distinctive resort atmosphere that corporate clients often use deliberately — the tropical surroundings provide a genuine change of environment from typical CBD meeting rooms, which can benefit conferences, strategy offsites, and team-building events. The ballroom itself is an enclosed, air-conditioned space that supports formal AV and presentation setups. For detailed information on corporate packages, the resort's events team is the right point of contact.

Siloso Beach Resort has its own food and beverage operations that typically support events held in the Eugena Ballroom. Whether external caterers are permitted, and under what conditions, is a detail that should be confirmed with the resort's events team before finalising a booking. Menu customisation and dietary requirements can generally be discussed as part of the event planning process.

The Eugena Ballroom can be equipped to support presentations, live performances, and corporate programmes requiring audio-visual technology. Specific details about built-in AV infrastructure, staging options, and technical support should be confirmed with the resort's events team, as configurations can vary depending on the nature of the event.

The Eugena Ballroom is a popular choice for wedding receptions, offering couples a tropical Sentosa Island setting without full exposure to outdoor weather. The resort's surrounding environment — including its lush greenery and beach proximity — provides a scenic backdrop for photography and the overall event experience. Couples should reach out to the resort's weddings team to discuss packages, décor options, and available dates.

Siloso Beach Resort is situated in the Imbiah area of Sentosa, within the broader precinct that includes Siloso Beach — one of Sentosa's main beaches. While the ballroom is an indoor venue rather than a beachfront space, the resort's location means the beach is accessible as part of the wider event experience or itinerary. Event planners organising team activities or post-event programmes may find this proximity useful.

Siloso Beach Resort has multiple venues and facilities across its property, which may include meeting rooms, outdoor spaces, and other event areas in addition to the Eugena Ballroom. The full range of available spaces and their suitability for different event formats can be confirmed with the resort's events team. For larger events requiring multiple zones, the team can advise on combining spaces.

Enquiries for the Eugena Ballroom can be directed to Siloso Beach Resort's events team through their official website at silosobeachresort.com. Availability, pricing, and package details are typically discussed directly with an events coordinator. It is advisable to enquire well in advance, particularly for peak periods such as weekends and the year-end festive season.

Parking is available on Sentosa Island for guests arriving by private vehicle. Event organisers with large guest numbers should confirm dedicated or preferred parking arrangements with the resort ahead of the event date. Guests arriving via public transport can use the Sentosa Express monorail or the island's bus network as convenient alternatives.

Siloso Beach Resort's location on Sentosa Island places it in close proximity to Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore, and the island's beaches, giving event guests a destination experience beyond the event itself. This makes it particularly well suited to corporate retreats, incentive events, or weddings where guests are encouraged to extend their stay. The island's self-contained resort environment means guests rarely need to leave Sentosa during a multi-day programme.
