Pool Area

The Pool Area is an open-air, outdoor venue set within the beachfront property. This means events benefit from natural light, sea air, and views of the Nha Trang coastal environment. Prospective hosts should discuss weather contingency options and seasonal suitability with the events team before confirming a booking.

Specific capacity figures for the Pool Area have not been published on the official Starcity Hotel website. It is recommended to contact the hotel's events team directly to discuss the capacity that would apply for your preferred event format, whether that is a standing cocktail reception or a seated arrangement.

Yes, the beachfront setting makes the Pool Area a compelling venue for destination wedding-related events, including welcome receptions, pre-wedding parties, and post-ceremony celebrations. Couples looking to incorporate Nha Trang Bay's coastal scenery into their wedding weekend will find it a naturally photogenic backdrop. The hotel's on-site accommodation within the condotel makes it convenient for guests travelling from outside Nha Trang.

Yes, Starcity Hotel and Condotel Beachfront Nha Trang operates as a combined hotel and condotel property, meaning guest accommodation is available on-site. This is particularly useful for destination events or multi-day occasions where attendees are travelling from other cities or countries. Room availability and group booking arrangements should be confirmed directly with the reservations team.

Being positioned directly on Nha Trang's beachfront means events at the Pool Area benefit from sea air, open-sky ambience, and the natural visual backdrop of Nha Trang Bay — elements that are difficult to replicate in an indoor venue. The setting photographs exceptionally well and creates a relaxed yet memorable atmosphere for guests, whether the event is held during the day or in the evening.

The nearest airport is Cam Ranh International Airport, which serves domestic routes connecting Nha Trang to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as a range of international flights. Nha Trang is also accessible by train and road, making it reachable for guests travelling from various parts of Vietnam.

Specific details about the catering policy for the Pool Area — including whether in-house catering is available or external vendors are permitted — are not published on the official website. This is best confirmed with the Starcity Hotel events team when enquiring about a booking, as policies can vary depending on the event format and size.

The open-air pool setting offers flexibility for different event layouts, including lounge-style seating and standing cocktail configurations. Details about in-house décor, AV equipment, and lighting options should be discussed with the hotel's events team, who can advise on what is available and what may need to be arranged through external suppliers.

As an outdoor venue within a hotel property, the Pool Area may be subject to noise guidelines or curfew times that protect other guests and comply with local regulations. The specifics of any such restrictions should be confirmed with the hotel directly before finalising event plans, particularly for evening occasions with live music or amplified sound.

Nha Trang's coastal climate can be variable, particularly during certain seasons of the year. Prospective hosts should discuss weather contingency options and any available indoor or covered backup spaces with the Starcity Hotel events team when planning an outdoor Pool Area event. Booking during Nha Trang's dry season is generally advisable for open-air occasions.

Parking availability and arrangements for event guests should be confirmed directly with the hotel, as specific details about on-site parking capacity are not listed on the official website. The hotel's location within Lộc Thọ, Nha Trang city, means guests may also have access to nearby public parking or transport options.

Enquiries about pricing, availability, and event packages for the Pool Area can be directed to the Starcity Hotel and Condotel Beachfront Nha Trang events or reservations team via the hotel's official website at starcitynhatrang.com. Providing details such as the event date, expected guest numbers, and event format will help the team prepare an accurate proposal.

The relaxed, open-air atmosphere of the Pool Area makes it a fitting setting for informal corporate occasions, including networking receptions, team celebrations, and client entertaining. For more structured corporate formats such as conferences or presentations requiring AV facilities, the hotel's events team can advise on whether the Pool Area or another space within the property is the better fit.

Lộc Thọ is situated within Nha Trang city, close to the main coastal strip and within reach of a wide range of accommodation, dining, and leisure options for event attendees. The area's position along Nha Trang Bay means guests can easily combine attendance at an event with exploring one of Vietnam's most popular beach destinations, which is particularly appealing for destination events drawing attendees from other cities or abroad.
