Centrum Lawns

Centrum Lawns is an open-air, outdoor venue set within the grounds of The Centrum Lucknow hotel in Sushant Golf City. The lawn format allows for flexible tenting, décor installations, and stage setups that would not be possible in a conventional banquet hall. For events during monsoon season or in extreme weather, it is advisable to discuss contingency arrangements with the venue's events team in advance.

As an event space within The Centrum Lucknow, Centrum Lawns benefits directly from the hotel's operational infrastructure, including dedicated event staff, in-house kitchen and banqueting support, and on-site accommodation for outstation guests. This means planners work with a single point of contact who can coordinate catering, décor, and guest rooms under one roof. The integration with the hotel makes logistics significantly simpler for multi-day events such as wedding functions.

Exact capacity figures for Centrum Lawns depend on the event format, seating arrangement, and layout chosen, and these details are best confirmed directly with The Centrum Lucknow's events team. Lawn venues of this type typically accommodate different capacities for seated dinners versus standing cocktail-style receptions. Reaching out early is recommended so the team can advise on the optimal setup for your guest count.

The Centrum Lucknow is located in Sushant Golf City, a large planned township in the southern part of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The property sits along the Shaheed Path corridor, which connects Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Gomti Nagar, and Hazratganj, making it accessible from multiple parts of the city. Guests travelling from other cities via the Lucknow–Agra Expressway or Lucknow–Faizabad highway can also reach Sushant Golf City without passing through the congested older city core.

The Centrum Lucknow is located in Sushant Golf City along the Shaheed Path expressway, which connects directly to Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. The exact travel time and distance vary with traffic and the specific terminal, so it is worth confirming the current drive time with the hotel when planning airport transfers. The Shaheed Path alignment generally makes the route from the airport more straightforward than travelling through the city centre.

As part of a full-service hotel in Sushant Golf City, The Centrum Lucknow is expected to offer parking facilities for event guests. The specific parking capacity and any valet or managed parking arrangements should be confirmed with the events team when finalising the booking. For large weddings or gatherings with a high volume of cars, it is advisable to discuss overflow parking and guest traffic management in advance.

The Centrum Lucknow operates its own kitchen and banqueting services, which support events held at Centrum Lawns. In-house catering is a key advantage of booking a hotel-based lawn venue, as it ensures food quality, staffing, and service are managed by the property's own team. Specific menus, cuisine options, and whether outside caterers are permitted should be discussed directly with the events team.

Centrum Lawns is well positioned for multi-day wedding programmes, given that The Centrum Lucknow offers on-site accommodation for outstation guests alongside outdoor event space. Functions such as mehendi, sangeet, baraat, and reception ceremonies can each be styled differently on the same lawn across consecutive days. The events team can advise on scheduling, block bookings, and the coordination of catering and décor across multiple functions.

Because Centrum Lawns is an open-air, blank-canvas space, it can accommodate a broad range of décor styles — from floral mandaps and string-light canopies for weddings to branded stage setups and pavilion tents for corporate events. Whether the venue works exclusively with empanelled decorators or allows couples to bring their own vendors is something to clarify with the events team. Having this conversation early in the planning process helps ensure the décor vision aligns with the venue's operational guidelines.

The Centrum Lucknow is a full-service hotel, which means on-site guest rooms are available for wedding parties and outstation attendees. Booking room blocks for wedding guests is a practical advantage of choosing a hotel-based venue, as it keeps families and the wedding party in one location. The hotel's reservations team can advise on room availability, group rates, and block booking terms closer to the event date.

As an outdoor venue within a planned township, Centrum Lawns may be subject to local municipal noise regulations and any guidelines applicable in Sushant Golf City. It is important to ask the events team about permitted event hours, music amplification rules, and any restrictions on DJ or live band performances when discussing your event requirements. Confirming these details early avoids last-minute adjustments to the programme.

Availability and pricing for Centrum Lawns can be enquired about through The Centrum Lucknow's official website at thecentrum.in or by contacting the hotel's events and banqueting team directly. Providing your event date, estimated guest count, and the type of occasion upfront helps the team prepare a relevant proposal more quickly. It is advisable to check availability well in advance for popular wedding dates, particularly in the winter season.

Centrum Lawns offers the open-sky atmosphere and spatial flexibility that an enclosed banquet hall cannot provide — from grand baraat entrances to large floral installations and tented canopies that define their own architectural character. The outdoor setting lends itself naturally to evening events illuminated with lighting rigs and décor elements that make the most of the night sky. At the same time, the venue retains the operational reliability of the hotel — staffing, catering, and guest services — so planners do not have to choose between atmosphere and professionalism.

The Centrum Lucknow, as a contemporary hotel property, is expected to provide accessibility features for guests with mobility requirements, though the specifics of how these extend to the outdoor lawns area should be confirmed with the events team. Lawn surfaces can present challenges for wheelchair users depending on the ground treatment and temporary flooring used during events. Planners with accessibility requirements are encouraged to raise this during the site visit so appropriate arrangements can be made.
