La Scala Ballroom

La Scala Ballroom draws its design inspiration from the legendary La Scala opera house in Milan, and this is reflected in its ornate European interiors, crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, and richly detailed finishes. The aesthetic creates a theatrical sense of occasion that sets the space apart from more contemporary or minimalist event venues in the city. It is this combination of grand scale and carefully curated design that makes the ballroom a popular choice for events where visual impact matters.

Yes, La Scala Ballroom is the signature ballroom of The Reverie Saigon, a luxury five-star hotel occupying the upper floors of the Times Square building on Nguyễn Huệ Boulevard in District 1. Guests and event attendees benefit from the hotel's full range of luxury services, including fine dining, concierge support, and on-site accommodation.

The Reverie Saigon is located on Nguyễn Huệ Boulevard in Bến Nghé, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City — one of the city's most prominent and well-connected central addresses. The hotel is within walking distance of landmarks such as the Saigon Opera House and is accessible from Tan Son Nhat International Airport via major city roads. The central District 1 location also means that guests travelling from other parts of the city can reach the venue with relative ease.

La Scala Ballroom and The Reverie Saigon's events facilities are well suited to hosting both wedding ceremonies and receptions, and the hotel's dedicated events team can help coordinate the full programme. The ballroom's operatic European interiors provide a dramatic backdrop for ceremonies, while the scale of the space accommodates large reception configurations. Couples should speak with the events team about layout options and any specific requirements for their wedding day.

The Reverie Saigon has its own culinary team capable of creating bespoke menus for events held in La Scala Ballroom, ranging from formal plated dinners to cocktail receptions. As a five-star hotel, the property places considerable emphasis on food and beverage quality as part of the overall event experience. For specific dietary requirements, menu customisation, or questions about outside catering policies, the events team should be contacted directly.

The Reverie Saigon's meetings and events offering includes state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment as part of its event support package. This typically covers sound systems, lighting, and projection or screen capabilities suited to both corporate presentations and entertainment at social events. Planners with specific technical requirements — such as live streaming, simultaneous interpretation, or elaborate staging — should discuss these needs with the hotel's events team in advance.

Yes, The Reverie Saigon has additional function rooms available that can be used for breakout sessions, pre-function gatherings, or parallel events running alongside a main programme in La Scala Ballroom. This makes the property well suited to multi-session conferences or weddings that require a separate space for cocktail hours or smaller group activities. The events team can advise on the best combination of spaces for a given event format.

Because La Scala Ballroom sits within The Reverie Saigon hotel, on-site accommodation is available for event guests and delegates. This is a particular advantage for destination weddings or multi-day conferences where having attendees housed in the same building simplifies logistics considerably. Room block arrangements for large groups should be discussed with the hotel's reservations and events teams at the time of booking.

The Reverie Saigon offers valet parking services, which provides a convenient option for event guests arriving by private vehicle. This is particularly useful for large events such as gala dinners or weddings where managing guest arrivals smoothly is a priority. Specific parking arrangements and any associated charges should be confirmed with the hotel directly when finalising event details.

The Reverie Saigon is located on Nguyễn Huệ Boulevard in District 1, placing it in close proximity to the Saigon Opera House, which is one of the neighbourhood's most recognisable cultural landmarks. This central location is convenient for guests who may wish to explore the surrounding area before or after an event. Exact walking distances can be confirmed via the hotel's concierge team.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is the primary airport serving Ho Chi Minh City, and The Reverie Saigon's District 1 address is connected to it via major city roads. Travel time will vary depending on traffic conditions, which in Ho Chi Minh City can be significant during peak hours. The hotel's concierge team can assist guests with airport transfer arrangements.

Prospective clients can initiate the booking process by contacting The Reverie Saigon's dedicated meetings and events team through the hotel's official website or by telephone. The events team will typically discuss the event brief, available dates, space configuration options, and catering requirements before providing a tailored proposal. Given the ballroom's profile, availability for peak dates — particularly weekend wedding slots — is advised to be checked as early as possible.

La Scala Ballroom can be set up in various configurations to suit different event types, shifting from theatre or classroom-style seating for corporate conferences to round-table banquet layouts for gala dinners and weddings. The hotel's events team works with clients to determine the most appropriate setup based on the nature of the event and the expected number of guests. Specific capacity figures for each configuration should be requested directly from The Reverie Saigon's events department.

The Reverie Saigon's meetings and events operation is supported by a professional events team that works closely with clients throughout the planning process. Whether the function is a corporate conference or a wedding, event coordinators help manage logistics, supplier liaison, and on-the-day execution. Clients should ask about the specific coordination structure — including point-of-contact arrangements — when making their initial enquiry.
