Experience Dining

The Dahlia
The elegance of the Dahlia flower perfectly epitomises the regal splendour and old-world charm of our in-house fine dining restaurant at Umed Bhawan Palace, Kotah – The Dahlia. Our elegant dining room itself has a rich history and was initially used as the personal dining room of the illustrious HH Maharao Sir Umed Singh II of Kotah.

The Swinton Bar
"The Swinton Bar is named in-honour of Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob, the architect of the Umed Bhawan Palace in Kotah and one of the pioneers of the Indo-Saracenic architectural style. The Indo-Saracenic style is an amalgamation of traditional Indian and Rajput architecture, with the Neo-Gothic and Neo-Classical styles of 19th century Britain.
