About UPGen Bach Khoa
The Space and Its Character
UPGen Bach Khoa is a modern co-working and event-ready space situated in the Bach Khoa area of Hai Bà Trưng District, Hanoi. The space carries the energy of a forward-thinking work culture — clean lines, flexible layouts, and an atmosphere that balances professional focus with a welcoming, community-oriented feel. Designed to serve both independent professionals and growing teams, UPGen Bach Khoa reflects the wider UPGen co-working philosophy of creating productive, well-equipped environments that adapt to the needs of today's workforce.
The interior combines open collaborative zones with more defined, bookable areas, giving organizers the flexibility to configure the space around their specific event format. Whether the requirement is a focused boardroom-style session, a training workshop, or a networking gathering, the space offers a contemporary backdrop that avoids the sterility of traditional meeting rooms without sacrificing professionalism.
Events and Occasions
UPGen Bach Khoa is well suited to a range of professional and semi-professional events. Corporate teams use the space for internal workshops, strategy sessions, team briefings, and client-facing presentations. The co-working format also makes it a natural fit for startup pitch events, community meetups, and skill-building seminars — occasions where an informal but polished setting adds to the experience rather than working against it.
For event organizers who need a central Hanoi address without the overhead of a full hotel conference facility, UPGen Bach Khoa offers a practical and cost-effective alternative. The space is particularly appealing to tech communities, creative agencies, and professional networks that are already active in the Bach Khoa and Hai Bà Trưng area.
Location and Accessibility
Bach Khoa sits within Hai Bà Trưng District, one of Hanoi's established urban districts on the south side of Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The area is well connected to central Hanoi and benefits from proximity to Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Bách Khoa), which gives the neighbourhood a consistent footfall of professionals, academics, and entrepreneurs. This makes UPGen Bach Khoa especially convenient for attendees traveling from the city centre or from the university campus itself.
Public transport options serve the district, and the surrounding streets offer access to a range of cafés, restaurants, and amenities that can complement a full-day event program. For delegates driving in, the Hai Bà Trưng area is navigable from major arterial roads connecting to other parts of the city.
Choosing UPGen Bach Khoa means placing an event in a location that already has a strong professional and academic community around it — an advantage that goes beyond the four walls of the space itself and contributes to the overall atmosphere and credibility of any gathering held here.
