Aadya Lawn

Yes, Aadya Lawn is an open-air venue set within the resort's landscaped grounds. As weather conditions in Bengaluru can be unpredictable, prospective clients are advised to check directly with the Vanya Boutique Resort events team regarding weather contingency arrangements, such as temporary tent or canopy options, for their chosen event date.

Capacity at Aadya Lawn will vary depending on the event format, seating arrangement, and setup style chosen. For accurate figures suited to your specific event, it is best to reach out to the Vanya Boutique Resort team directly, as they can advise based on the layout you have in mind.

Vanya Boutique Resort has in-house hospitality and catering infrastructure that serves events held on the property. For detailed menu options, cuisine styles, and whether outside caterers are permitted, prospective clients should confirm the specifics with the resort's events team during the inquiry process.

Vanya Boutique Resort is located on Magadi Road in Bengaluru, Karnataka, one of the city's major arterial roads on the western side of the city. The location is accessible from neighbourhoods including Kengeri and Rajajinagar, and is generally considered to have a less congested approach compared to venues in areas like Koramangala or Indiranagar. Guests travelling by road from most parts of Bengaluru can reach the resort without navigating the city's heaviest traffic corridors.

Vanya Boutique Resort has on-site parking within its grounds, making arrival logistics straightforward for groups attending events at Aadya Lawn. For events with very large numbers of vehicles, it is advisable to confirm parking capacity with the resort team in advance to ensure adequate arrangements are in place.

The resort's setup is designed to support multi-function wedding celebrations, making it possible to host pre-wedding functions like mehendi, haldi, and sangeet as well as the reception across consecutive days. Availability across specific dates and the practicalities of multi-day bookings should be discussed directly with the Vanya Boutique Resort events team.

Vanya Boutique Resort is a full resort property, which means it has on-site guest accommodation in addition to its event spaces. For information on room availability, room block reservations for wedding groups, and room rates tied to event bookings, guests should contact the resort directly.

The open-air lawn format allows for a wide variety of décor approaches, from floral mandaps and fairy-light canopies for weddings to clean, minimal setups for corporate gatherings. Whether the resort provides in-house décor services or works with preferred external décor vendors, and whether clients may bring their own decorators, is best confirmed with the events team at the time of inquiry.

Yes, Aadya Lawn's open-air, nature-forward setting makes it well-suited to corporate off-sites, team-building days, product launches, and informal networking events where a change of environment from a conventional conference room is desirable. The Magadi Road location is also practical for companies based in Bengaluru's western tech and industrial corridors, reducing travel time for employees.

Audio-visual requirements for open-air events at Aadya Lawn, including sound systems, microphones, screens, and lighting rigs, should be discussed with the resort's events team, as specific equipment availability may depend on the nature and scale of the event. The team can advise on what is provided in-house and what may need to be arranged through external suppliers.

As an open-air venue within a residential and mixed-use corridor of Bengaluru, events at Aadya Lawn may be subject to local noise regulations and permissible event hours. Prospective clients are encouraged to ask the resort team about any applicable time restrictions before finalising event schedules, particularly for celebrations with live music or DJs.

To book Aadya Lawn, prospective clients typically begin with an inquiry to the Vanya Boutique Resort events or reservations team, who will confirm date availability and provide a customised proposal based on the event type and expected guest count. Popular dates, particularly weekends during wedding season, tend to fill up well in advance, so early inquiry is advisable.

Unlike a conventional banquet hall, Aadya Lawn offers an open-air, garden setting within a boutique resort, providing natural greenery and open skies as a built-in backdrop — an element that is difficult to replicate indoors and is particularly valued for wedding photography and relaxed celebrations. The boutique scale of Vanya Boutique Resort also means that the property's hospitality focus is on the events and guests it hosts, rather than a large-scale impersonal operation.

Many couples and event planners prefer to work with their own photographers, decorators, and entertainment vendors, and this is a common arrangement at resort venues. Whether Vanya Boutique Resort has a preferred vendor list or any restrictions on outside vendors should be confirmed with the events team during the planning stage to avoid any surprises on the day.
