Vaishali

Yes, Vaishali is well suited to multi-function wedding events, as the hotel can support successive days of celebration — such as mehendi, sangeet, and reception — with consistent hospitality standards. Having the venue, catering, and accommodation under one roof simplifies coordination for families planning extended wedding programmes. The events team at Vijayatej Clarks Inn can assist with scheduling across multiple functions.

Vijayatej Clarks Inn operates an in-house catering team that handles food and beverage for events held at Vaishali. This means menu planning, service staff, and food logistics are all coordinated through the hotel rather than requiring a separate vendor. Clients should confirm specific menu options, dietary accommodations, and any external catering policies directly with the events team.

The events team works with clients to customise table arrangements, décor, and the overall setup of the hall to suit the nature of the occasion. The neutral interior finish of the space lends itself to both decorated social events and structured corporate setups without requiring major changes. Specific décor packages and vendor arrangements are best discussed during the planning consultation with the hotel.

Yes, the Vaishali hall is air-conditioned, making it a comfortable venue for events across Bihar's varied seasons, including the hot summer months. This is particularly valuable for Patna, where daytime temperatures can rise significantly between March and June. Guests attending events of any duration can expect a climate-controlled environment throughout.

Vaishali is equipped with audio-visual support to meet the needs of corporate events such as conferences, seminars, and presentations. Clients planning events with specific AV requirements — such as particular screen sizes, microphone setups, or projection needs — should confirm the exact technical specifications with the hotel's events team before booking.

Vijayatej Clarks Inn is a full-service hotel with guest rooms available on the same property, which is a practical advantage for corporate delegates and outstation wedding guests who prefer to stay at the event venue. This means attendees do not need to travel between the event and their accommodation. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed directly with the hotel's reservations team.

Vaishali is situated within Vijayatej Clarks Inn in Patliputra Colony, one of Patna's well-organised planned neighbourhoods with reliable road access from major arterial routes across the city. Patna Junction railway station and Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport are both reachable from the property via the city's main road network. Guests are advised to confirm the exact address and approach directions with the hotel when sending event invitations.

Being located in Patliputra Colony — a planned zone with comparatively organised infrastructure — the property benefits from the area's generally accessible approach roads. Guests should confirm the specifics of on-site parking capacity and any arrangements for large events directly with the hotel, as requirements can vary significantly by event size.

The hall takes its name from Vaishali, the ancient city in Bihar that holds significant historical and cultural importance as one of the earliest known republics in the world. Naming the venue after this celebrated location reflects a sense of regional identity and pride that is woven into the character of the space. It is a subtle but meaningful choice for a hotel located in Patna, the historic heart of Bihar.

Clarks Inn is a recognised Indian hospitality brand, and being part of its network means Vaishali operates within established hotel-grade standards for food quality, service, and event management. Event planners and corporate clients who have worked with Clarks properties elsewhere can expect a consistent baseline of professionalism. Specific brand-wide policies or loyalty programme benefits linked to event bookings can be confirmed with the property directly.

Vaishali is particularly well suited to corporate events with outstation attendees, since accommodation, catering, and the event space are all available within the same hotel. This eliminates the logistical complexity of coordinating between a separate conference venue and off-site hotels. The events team can assist with packages that combine room blocks and event space for multi-day programmes.
