Pearl Terrace

Pearl Terrace is an open-air rooftop terrace, meaning it is an outdoor venue. Prospective clients planning events during Ho Chi Minh City's wet season (typically May to November) should discuss weather contingency arrangements directly with the hotel's events team. The team can advise on available shelter options or alternative indoor spaces within Vinpearl Landmark 81 if weather protection is required.

Pearl Terrace offers panoramic views of the Saigon River and the Ho Chi Minh City skyline, made all the more dramatic by its position within the Landmark 81 tower complex — Vietnam's tallest skyscraper at 461 metres. The nighttime cityscape in particular creates a striking backdrop for evening events and receptions.

Specific guest capacity figures for Pearl Terrace should be confirmed directly with the Vinpearl Landmark 81 events team, as capacity varies depending on event format, seating arrangement, and layout requirements. Reaching out to the hotel with your event brief is the most reliable way to get an accurate figure for your planned setup.

Pearl Terrace is set within Landmark 81, Vietnam's tallest skyscraper, giving it one of the most architecturally significant addresses in the country. The combination of open-air rooftop atmosphere, panoramic Saigon River views, and the prestige of an Autograph Collection property creates an event setting that is difficult to replicate elsewhere in the city. For occasions where the venue itself is meant to make a statement, this is a particularly distinctive choice.

As an open-air rooftop venue within a mixed-use residential and commercial development, Pearl Terrace may be subject to noise guidelines or event finish times. Clients should raise this directly with the hotel's events team when enquiring, so that any restrictions can be factored into event planning from the outset.

Enquiries about availability, pricing, and event packages for Pearl Terrace should be directed to the events team at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection. The hotel can be contacted through the Marriott website or directly via the property's reservations and events contacts. Providing details about the event date, expected guest numbers, and event type will help the team prepare a tailored proposal.

Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection is a full-service hotel, meaning guest rooms are available on-site for event attendees who wish to stay overnight. This is particularly convenient for out-of-town guests or those attending multi-day events. Room block arrangements for groups should be discussed with the hotel's reservations team alongside event planning.

The hotel's events team offers décor coordination support and can work with clients to personalise the setup of Pearl Terrace for their occasion. Whether event planners may bring in their own external decorators or florists should be confirmed with the team, as policies can vary depending on the type and scale of the event.
