Both properties currently listed serve different ends of the market. Kairali Heritage brings a distinctly traditional character to the roster, while Mascot Beach Resort positions itself as a beachside full-service venue. Across these two properties, the available venue spaces include MCH Halls, Pool Areas, Panthal Halls, Mandapams, Conference Halls, and Board Rooms — a mix that covers both ceremonial and professional event formats within a single resort compound.
Capacity Guidance for Kannur Resorts
The capacity profile here skews towards smaller and mid-sized gatherings. Four of the available spaces accommodate under 200 guests, making this pool particularly well-suited to intimate events, team offsites, and mid-scale social functions. The typical functional range runs from 120 to 300 guests, which aligns well with weddings, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. One space scales up to 600-plus, reaching a maximum of 1,000 — relevant if you are coordinating a large conference or a full-scale reception. At the smaller end, the floor starts at 25, so even a compact executive gathering is accommodated.
Where These Resorts Are Located
The listed resorts are situated across two localities in and around Kannur — Kattampally and Burnacherry. Both areas offer proximity to Kannur's coastal character, which is part of what makes a resort setting here distinct from an urban hotel. If venue location relative to travel routes or the seafront is a priority for your event, these locality details are worth factoring into your shortlist early.
