Porbandar's resort listing on Spalba currently features one full-service property — The Fern Leo Beach Resort - Madhavpur — situated in the coastal village of Madhavpur. For planners seeking a self-contained leisure retreat with open-air event spaces directly on the Saurashtra coastline, this beach resort represents the city's present resort offering on the platform.
The Resort and Its Venue Spaces
The Fern Leo Beach Resort - Madhavpur offers two distinct outdoor event spaces: a Lawn and a Beach Side Lawn. Both are open-air settings that draw directly on the resort's beachfront surroundings, making them well suited to gatherings where the natural coastal environment is itself part of the occasion. As a full-service resort property, it provides guests with self-contained amenities, removing the need to coordinate between multiple external vendors for lodging and event infrastructure.
Capacity at a Glance
The resort accommodates gatherings of up to 500 guests across its available spaces. With both a capacity minimum and maximum of 500, this property is configured for mid-to-large scale events rather than intimate or small-group functions. Planners organising milestone celebrations, corporate retreats, or social gatherings in the 400–500 guest range will find the capacity well matched to their requirements. There are currently no resort options on Spalba in Porbandar for groups under 200 or over 600, so groups with significantly different headcounts may want to explore the related categories listed below.
Where the Resort Is Located
The sole resort locality in Porbandar's current Spalba listing is Madhavpur — a coastal settlement known for its beach and relative quiet, situated along the Gujarat coastline south of Porbandar city. For event planners whose guests are travelling from outside the region, the resort's self-contained nature in Madhavpur means accommodation and event venue are consolidated in one property, reducing logistical complexity for outstation attendees.
