Resorts in Saputara

Saputara, Gujarat's only hill station, is home to 2 full-service resorts listed on Spalba — each positioned to offer a self-contained retreat experience set against the Sahyadri hills. The available properties span the town's core and the scenic Near Saputara Lake locality, offering event organisers a compact but distinctive selection of resort venues suited to gatherings that benefit from an immersive, away-from-the-city setting.

The Resort Properties Available

The two resorts on Spalba represent Saputara's most capable event-ready retreats. Chitrakoot Hill Resort brings a hillside setting with defined event infrastructure, while Savshanti Lake Resort sits close to Saputara Lake and offers a lakeside ambience that sets it apart from a standard conference property. Between them, these properties cover a meaningful range of event formats suited to the destination.

Venue Spaces and Facilities

Across these resorts, the venue spaces present include Meeting Rooms, a Conference Hall, a Resort Lawn, and the Sugar N' Spice Restaurant — a mix that supports everything from structured corporate sessions to open-air social gatherings. The combination of indoor halls and an outdoor lawn means organisers can plan both formal and informal segments of an event within a single self-contained property, without needing to arrange off-site transfers.

Capacity and Event Scale

Both resorts cater to mid-size gatherings, with capacities ranging from 80 to 300 guests. The typical event footprint here falls in the 150–300 range, which makes Saputara's resorts well-suited to corporate offsites, leadership retreats, team events, and intimate celebratory occasions. Groups requiring spaces for under 200 attendees will find the available properties particularly well-matched to their needs; there are currently no resort venues in this set suited to very large assemblies of 600 or more.

Where These Resorts Are Located

Resort listings on Spalba are concentrated in two clusters: the Saputara town area itself, and the Near Saputara Lake locality. The lake-adjacent location, in particular, adds a distinctive natural backdrop that many event planners and retreat organisers find valuable when the setting itself is part of the experience being curated for attendees.

Looking for a Different Venue Type?

If your event calls for a dedicated wedding setup, explore destination-wedding-venues in Saputara for properties purpose-configured for ceremonial occasions. For open-land or agricultural settings, farmhouse venues may better fit your brief. And if a full hotel stay experience is the priority over a resort setting, the hotels category on Spalba covers those options separately.
