Small Party Halls in Kasauli

Kasauli's offering for small, intimate gatherings is compact and distinctive — currently 2 venues available on Spalba, both designed for low-headcount occasions where the setting does the talking. These are not banquet halls or convention spaces; they are carefully curated cottage-style properties tucked into the hill town's quieter pockets, built for groups that want closeness over crowd.

The Venues: Boutique Properties in the Hills

Both listings on Spalba sit under the Alaya Stays umbrella. Alaya Stays Querencia is a 5BHK property offering a more spacious residential feel, while Alaya Stays Live Life is a 2BHK cottage — compact by design, suited to truly close-knit groups. The residential format of these venues means your gathering unfolds across living spaces rather than a conventional hall, which is often exactly what an intimate Kasauli celebration calls for.

Capacity: Built for Small Circles

With capacities ranging from 12 to 13 guests, both venues are firmly in intimate territory. If your guest list sits within that 12–13 bracket, either property can accommodate your group comfortably — there is no question of scale mismatch here. Both fall within the under-200 capacity tier, and neither stretches toward large-format events. This narrow, well-defined capacity range makes Kasauli's small party hall stock ideal for reunion dinners, small milestone celebrations, or close-family occasions where intimacy is the intent, not a constraint.

Where the Venues Are Located

The two venues are spread across distinct localities within Kasauli's wider area. Alaya Stays Querencia is situated in Garkhal, while Alaya Stays Live Life is in Kimughat. Both are hillside locations that carry Kasauli's characteristic calm, though they offer slightly different neighbourhood characters — worth considering depending on how central or secluded you would like your event setting to be.
