Wedding Venues in Konark

Konark's wedding venue landscape is anchored by the coast, with available spaces spanning from intimate 80-guest setups to large celebrations accommodating up to 700. The stock here leans into the natural drama of the Odisha shoreline — specifically around Ramchandi Beach — making Konark a distinctive choice for couples who want a wedding setting shaped by the sea rather than the city.

The Venue at a Glance

Lotus Resort Konark is the primary wedding venue currently listed on Spalba for this destination. It brings together three distinct event spaces under one property: an Ocean Cafe, a Conference Hall, and a Beachside Lawn. This variety within a single venue means a couple can host different parts of the wedding day — or different-sized guest groups — across spaces with genuinely different atmospheres, from an open-air coastal lawn to an enclosed, climate-controlled hall.

Capacity Range: From Intimate to Large

Lotus Resort Konark covers a wide capacity band, running from 80 to 700 guests. The property's spaces include two settings suited to gatherings under 200 — ideal for close-family-only ceremonies or pre-wedding functions — alongside one large-format space that can accommodate over 600 guests for the main wedding event. Couples planning a phased celebration or a tiered guest list will find that this range makes it possible to manage different functions within the same venue rather than sourcing multiple properties.

Where Venues Sit in Konark

The available wedding venue is located near Ramchandi Beach, a coastal stretch that defines much of what makes a Konark wedding visually and atmospherically distinct. This locality keeps the venue close to the water, which directly informs the character of the Beachside Lawn as a ceremony or reception setting. For guests travelling from Bhubaneswar or Puri, Ramchandi Beach is a well-connected and recognisable reference point along the coastal highway.
