Auditoriums in Kozhikode

Kozhikode's auditorium inventory currently features a venue purpose-built for large-format presentations and performances — Luxmore Convention Centre in Athanikkal. With a combined capacity range stretching from 25 to 3,000 guests and multiple distinct halls under one roof, it represents the city's primary destination for fixed tiered-seating events where stage-facing arrangements are essential. Whether you are organising an intimate gathering or a city-scale programme, Luxmore's multi-hall setup covers both ends of the spectrum.

The Venue in Focus

Luxmore Convention Centre is Kozhikode's standout auditorium-class property, housing a Grand Ballroom, a Royal Ballroom, an Imperial Hall, and a Board Room. That combination means an event organiser can access a 3,000-person assembly hall and a 25-seat meeting-adjacent space within the same address — a rare flexibility in a single venue. Spalba offers 3D virtual tours of the property, so you can assess sightlines and stage depth before making any commitment.

Matching Capacity to Your Event

For events in Kozhikode requiring tiered or stage-facing seating, the capacity picture at Luxmore Convention Centre is fairly decisive. The typical operational range for its larger halls sits between 500 and 3,000 guests, with two halls comfortably exceeding 600 seats — well suited to conferences, award ceremonies, cultural performances, or public lectures with a significant audience. For smaller delegations or closed-door presentations, the venue's intimate-format option accommodates groups under 200, bringing the floor as low as 25. This spread makes capacity-matching straightforward regardless of your audience size.

Location: Athanikkal

The sole locality currently represented in Kozhikode's auditorium listings is Athanikkal, where Luxmore Convention Centre is situated. Athanikkal offers reasonable connectivity within the city, making it a practical choice for attendees arriving from different parts of Kozhikode as well as delegates travelling in from outside the region.
