Capacity: Matching Your Guest Count
Lonavala's cocktail venue stock covers a broad capacity spectrum — from as few as 8 guests up to 1,200, with most venues falling comfortably in the 70–300 guest range. That typical range suits mid-size cocktail receptions well, where a standing format benefits from a space that feels energised rather than cavernous. Of the 37 venues, 47 individual spaces are configured for under 200 guests, making intimate cocktail formats particularly well-represented here. Eight spaces scale up beyond 600, suitable for large-format corporate or social receptions. Spalba's 3D virtual tours let you assess the floor layout and ambience of shortlisted venues before committing to a site visit.
Where in Lonavala to Look

Further out, venues are available in Valvan, Pawnanagar, Karla, Kune Village, Parsi Colony, and Gawliwada, among others. Related Event Formats to Consider
Cocktail party venues are specifically suited to the standing, drinks-led format. If your event calls for a seated dinner arrangement or a larger banquet-hall setup, party-halls and small-party-halls cover those needs. For formal wedding reception formats, reception-venues will be more appropriate.
