Matching Capacity to Your Ceremony

Capacity planning is one of the most critical factors for a convocation. Of Bhopal's 18 venues, 31 hall configurations seat under 200 guests — well-suited for departmental or faculty-specific ceremonies where a focused, dignified setting matters more than scale. For larger university-wide events, 12 configurations accommodate over 600 guests, going up to a maximum of 2,000. Most planners will find the 90–500 range the most commonly available, which aligns well with mid-sized batch ceremonies. Spalba's listings include 3D virtual tours for select venues, allowing coordinators to assess stage layouts and seating arrangements before visiting in person.
