Convocation Venues in Kheda

Kheda's current listed stock for formal academic graduation ceremonies stands at 1 venue, offering a banquet hall and lawn setting capable of hosting gatherings from 500 up to 1,000 guests. While the options are limited compared to larger Gujarat cities, the available property is suited to large-scale convocations, making it a viable consideration for institutions in and around the Kheda district.

The Venue on the List

Clarks Safari Kheda, Ahmedabad is the sole listed convocation venue in Kheda at this time. It offers both a Banquet Hall and a Lawn, giving event organisers a choice between a structured indoor setting and an open-air arrangement — each relevant to the distinct ceremonial requirements of a graduation day. For institutions that need stage setups, seating for degree recipients, and space for accompanying guests, the dual venue types at Clarks Safari Kheda provide meaningful operational flexibility.

Capacity Considerations for Graduation Ceremonies

All listed capacity in Kheda falls within the 500–1,000 guest range, with the single available property classified in the large-over-600 segment. There are no intimate or sub-200-capacity venues currently listed under this category in Kheda. This means the existing option is most appropriate for mid-to-large convocations — institutions expecting large graduating batches and their families will find the capacity range a reasonable fit, while smaller ceremonies may wish to explore adjacent categories better suited to compact gatherings.

Where Venues Are Located

The listed convocation venue is situated within the Kheda locality itself, which keeps logistics straightforward for institutions based in the district. Accessibility within the town limits is an operational advantage for guests and faculty travelling from across the region.
