Capacity Guidance for Graduation Ceremonies

Across the 9 venues, seating capacities range from 10 to 500 guests, with the typical range falling between 100 and 280. Eight of the nine properties are configured for gatherings under 200 — making Siliguri's convocation venue stock well suited to departmental graduations, professional programme ceremonies, and smaller institution-level events. No venue on the current list exceeds 600-seat capacity, so institutions expecting very large combined convocations should plan accordingly. For most collegiate events in this city, the 100–280 seat range will be the practical working range to shortlist against.
