The Venues Available on Spalba

The current listing covers a varied set of properties. Arayal Resort-A Unit of Sharoy Resort in Manjoora offers the Arayal Lawn, suited for open-air celebrations. Oshin Wayanad, located in Madathumpadi, Kalpetta, brings two distinct spaces — the Oshin Rooftop Banquet on the 5th Floor and the Oshin Banquet Hall at ground level. Taj Wayanad Resort & Spa Kerala in Kavumannam features Silver Oak 1 and Southern Spice as dedicated event venues, while also hosting an Open Air Theater. Feel Free Retreat by Dimora, Wayanad and Abad Brookside Lakkidi, Wayanad in Lakkidi round out the options with their own banquet provisions. Capacity Range Across Wayanad's Hotel Venues

Guest capacity runs from as few as 16 to as many as 750, giving planners access to both compact gatherings and larger celebrations. The typical sweet spot sits between 80 and 160 guests — reflecting that most of Wayanad's hotel banquet spaces are sized for mid-scale events such as family functions, corporate off-sites, and social milestones. Ten of the available venue spaces accommodate fewer than 200 guests, making this city's stock particularly well-suited for intimate or mid-sized formats. One space stretches to over 600, which is the choice when a larger headcount is non-negotiable. Matching your guest count to the right property early helps narrow the shortlist considerably.

Where Venues Are Located in Wayanad

The five properties are distributed across Wayanad's key localities: Manjoora, Madathumpadi in Kalpetta, Thariyode, Kavumannam, and Lakkidi. Lakkidi sits at one of the highest points of the Wayanad plateau, giving Abad Brookside a cooler microclimate. Kalpetta is Wayanad's district headquarters, making Oshin Wayanad accessible for guests travelling from the town centre. Kavumannam and Thariyode offer more secluded resort settings, useful when the preference is for a self-contained event away from town traffic. Knowing which locality suits your guests' travel plans is a practical first filter.
