Small Lawn

The Small Lawn is an open-air outdoor space, offering natural light and an al fresco atmosphere. This distinguishes it from the enclosed halls available within the A.S. Classic Convention property. Guests and planners should enquire with the venue about weather contingency arrangements for events during the monsoon season or peak summer months in Hyderabad.

Exact capacity figures for the Small Lawn have not been independently verified and may vary depending on the event format, seating arrangement, and any décor or staging installations. It is recommended to contact A.S. Classic Convention directly to confirm the capacity for your specific event setup — whether that is a seated dinner, a standing cocktail gathering, or a ceremony arrangement.

Hyderabad experiences a warm climate with a defined monsoon season roughly between June and September, and peak summer temperatures from March to May. For events during these periods, it is advisable to discuss contingency options — such as temporary canopy or shamiyana coverage — with the A.S. Classic Convention team when booking the Small Lawn. Early-morning or evening event slots can also help manage heat during summer months.

As an open-air lawn, the space lends itself well to a variety of decorative installations including mandap structures, floral canopies, fairy-light arrangements, and themed setups. The absence of a fixed indoor ceiling height gives decorators more vertical flexibility than enclosed halls. Hosts should confirm any restrictions on décor, external decorator access, and installation timelines with the venue before finalising their décor vendor.

A.S. Classic Convention is a dedicated events property and is understood to offer in-house catering and event support services. Whether outside catering vendors are also permitted on the Small Lawn should be confirmed directly with the venue's events team, as policies on third-party caterers can vary by booking agreement.

A.S. Classic Convention is located within a convention campus in Manchirevula, and parking availability on the property is understood to be a feature of the venue. Guests should confirm exact parking capacity and any overflow arrangements with the venue team, particularly for larger events where a high volume of vehicles is expected.

A.S. Classic Convention is located in Manchirevula in south-western Hyderabad, which is in the same general directional corridor as Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, making it a relatively convenient option for guests flying into the city. The exact travel time and distance will depend on route and traffic conditions, so guests arriving by flight are advised to check live navigation for an accurate estimate.

Manchirevula and the surrounding Rajendranagar area are accessible via the Outer Ring Road corridor, which connects multiple parts of Hyderabad without requiring travel through the heavily congested city centre. This makes the venue reachable for guests coming from a range of residential areas including Kokapet, Narsingi, and Puppalaguda. Specific route guidance should be obtained from the venue or via navigation apps.

As part of a full-service convention and exhibition centre, A.S. Classic Convention is expected to have audio-visual infrastructure available for events. Whether a dedicated outdoor sound setup is provided for the Small Lawn specifically, or whether external AV vendors are required, should be confirmed with the events team at the time of booking.

As an open-air outdoor space in a residential area of south-western Hyderabad, the Small Lawn may be subject to local noise regulations or time-based curfews applicable to outdoor events. Hosts planning evening or late-night events with live music or amplified sound should clarify permissible event timings and sound levels directly with the A.S. Classic Convention management before confirming their booking.

A.S. Classic Convention is a convention and exhibition centre with multiple event spaces, which means it may be possible to book the Small Lawn in combination with an indoor hall for a multi-function event such as a wedding across multiple days or a conference with an outdoor networking session. Availability and pricing for combined bookings should be discussed with the venue's events team.

Booking enquiries for the Small Lawn at A.S. Classic Convention can be initiated by reaching out to the venue through their official website at asclassicconvention.in or by contacting the property directly. The venue's team will advise on available dates, event-type suitability, and any deposit or advance payment requirements. Early enquiries are recommended for peak wedding and festive seasons.

The open-air nature of the Small Lawn makes it a natural fit for daytime pre-wedding functions such as mehendi and haldi ceremonies, where natural light, informal seating, and room for decorative setups are valued. Being located within a convention property means catering, staffing, and logistics support are available without the need for separate vendor coordination. Specific capacity and setup details for such functions should be confirmed with the A.S. Classic Convention team.

Pricing for the Small Lawn at A.S. Classic Convention will depend on factors such as the event type, guest count, duration, and any additional services such as catering or décor. For an accurate quote tailored to a specific event, prospective hosts are encouraged to contact the venue directly via asclassicconvention.in, as published rates are not available through third-party channels.
