Villa Lawn

The Villa Lawn is an open-air outdoor event space set within the resort's landscaped grounds. It benefits from the natural tropical setting of the Cha-am coastline, including sea breezes and lush greenery. Because it is outdoors, weather conditions are a relevant planning consideration — the events team can advise on contingency arrangements.

Specific capacity figures for the Villa Lawn depend on the event format — seated banquets, standing receptions, and ceremony-plus-dinner configurations each accommodate different guest numbers. The Avani+ Hua Hin Resort events team can provide exact figures based on your preferred layout and setup requirements.

As an open-air space, the Villa Lawn is subject to tropical weather, including the possibility of rain during Thailand's wet season. Event planners are encouraged to discuss contingency arrangements — such as tent or marquee options — directly with the resort's events team when enquiring about a booking. Planning around seasonal weather patterns is advisable for destination events in the region.

The Villa Lawn is particularly popular for destination weddings, offering a scenic open-air backdrop framed by tropical greenery that suits both ceremonies and receptions. The Avani+ Hua Hin Resort's broader facilities — including guest accommodation, dining, and beach access — mean that wedding parties and guests can be fully hosted on-site. This makes coordination significantly simpler for planners organising a multi-day wedding programme.

Avani+ Hua Hin Resort operates its own food and beverage facilities, and the events team typically coordinates catering as part of the event package. The specific menu options, dietary accommodations, and whether outside catering vendors are permitted should be confirmed with the events team at the time of enquiry.

The lawn's open format allows for flexible configurations, including a combined ceremony-and-dinner layout where the space transitions from a ceremony setting to a seated banquet. The events team can walk through setup options and timing to suit the flow of your event. This flexibility is one of the features that makes the Villa Lawn well suited to full wedding-day programmes.

Avani+ Hua Hin Resort is a full-service resort with guest rooms and villa-style accommodation on the property, making it well placed for destination events where attendees need to stay overnight. Room block arrangements for groups are typically available — pricing and availability should be discussed with the resort's reservations or events team.

Avani+ Hua Hin Resort is located in Cha-am, Phetchaburi Province, on the Gulf of Thailand. The drive from Bangkok to Cha-am is generally around two to three hours depending on traffic, making it a practical destination for weekend events and corporate retreats. The events team can advise on transfer arrangements for groups.

As a resort property, Avani+ Hua Hin Resort is expected to have parking facilities available for guests, though specific arrangements for large event groups should be confirmed with the team directly. Guests driving from Bangkok or other cities will find the resort accessible via the main coastal highway.

Technical and AV requirements for outdoor events — including sound systems, lighting, and any stage or podium needs — should be discussed with the Avani+ Hua Hin Resort events team during the planning process. Outdoor spaces often have specific setup requirements, and the team can advise on what is provided in-house and what may need to be arranged with external suppliers.

Outdoor venues in Thai resort destinations may be subject to local noise regulations or resort-specific event curfews, particularly for evening functions with amplified music. Clients should ask the events team about any applicable restrictions at the time of booking to ensure their event programme — including music and entertainment — can be planned accordingly.

The Villa Lawn is a strong option for corporate events, including incentive travel group gatherings, cocktail receptions, and informal outdoor dinners that complement a wider conference or team programme. Combined with Avani+ Hua Hin Resort's beach setting and full resort facilities, it offers a memorable backdrop for corporate hospitality. The events team can assist with tailored packages for incentive groups.

Enquiries for the Villa Lawn can be directed to the Avani+ Hua Hin Resort events team through the official Avani Hotels website or by contacting the resort directly. The team will discuss event dates, guest numbers, layout requirements, and catering preferences to put together a tailored proposal. Availability, deposit, and cancellation terms will be outlined as part of the quotation process.

The Villa Lawn offers a connection to the resort's tropical landscape — open sky, sea breezes, and lush greenery — that an enclosed ballroom cannot replicate. The setting is especially atmospheric in the evening, when the outdoor environment creates a naturally celebratory ambiance. Paired with the Avani+ brand's lifestyle positioning and full resort facilities, it suits clients who want a distinctive, photogenic setting rather than a conventional banquet-room feel.
