Lounge

The Lounge is designed for intimate gatherings rather than large-scale events, making it best suited to smaller guest counts. The exact seating and standing capacity figures depend on the setup configuration chosen, and the Bedzzz events team can advise on the maximum numbers for a specific layout.

Yes, the Lounge at Bedzzz is well suited to corporate occasions such as team meetings, client briefings, networking sessions, and workshops. The property is managed by Leisure Hotels, a group with broad hospitality experience across India, so professional event coordination support is available for business bookings.

Bedzzz operates as a hotel property, so guest rooms are available on-site for event attendees who need accommodation. This is particularly convenient for corporate groups travelling from outside Varanasi or families hosting celebrations with out-of-town guests. Room availability and block-booking options should be confirmed with the hotel directly.

The hotel is located in the Ramapura Luxa neighbourhood, which is in proximity to the ghats of the River Ganges and landmarks such as the Dashashwamedh area. This location allows event guests to combine their stay or celebration with the cultural experiences Varanasi is known for. Exact walking or driving distances to specific ghats are best confirmed with the hotel.

Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is the airport serving Varanasi, connecting the city to major Indian metros. Varanasi Junction (Cant) is the principal railway station and is well connected by rail to cities across India. The hotel's events team can advise on approximate travel times from both points.

The Lounge at Bedzzz takes a deliberately contemporary approach, with clean lines, a warm lounge aesthetic, and modern comfort — in contrast to the heritage-style venues that Varanasi is traditionally associated with. This makes it an appealing option for hosts looking for a stylish, urban setting that still benefits from the city's rich cultural backdrop.

Bedzzz is a hotel property managed by Leisure Hotels, so in-house catering services are expected to be available for events. Whether outside catering vendors are permitted is a detail that should be confirmed directly with the hotel's events team before booking.

The specific AV and technical equipment available at the Lounge should be confirmed with the Bedzzz events team, as configurations can vary by event type and setup. Guests are encouraged to share their technical requirements in advance so the team can advise on what is available in-house and what may need to be arranged additionally.

Yes, the Lounge's relaxed, lounge-style setting makes it suitable for private dining evenings and cocktail gatherings. The intimate atmosphere and comfortable seating arrangements lend themselves to social occasions where the emphasis is on conversation and a curated guest experience.

Parking availability at the property should be confirmed directly with the Bedzzz team, as this can depend on the hotel's facilities and local arrangements in the Ramapura Luxa area. The events team will be best placed to advise guests and their attendees on parking options ahead of an event.

Enquiries for the Lounge can be directed to the Bedzzz hotel through the Leisure Hotels official website or by contacting the property directly. Providing event details such as the type of occasion, approximate guest count, preferred date, and any catering or AV requirements will help the team prepare a tailored proposal.

Pricing for events at the Lounge at Bedzzz will vary depending on factors such as guest numbers, event duration, catering choices, and any additional services required. The hotel's events team can provide a custom quote once the event brief has been shared.

The Lounge's contemporary interior provides a neutral canvas that can be dressed to suit a range of themes and branding requirements. Specific décor permissions, including any restrictions on the type of installations or materials allowed, should be discussed with the Bedzzz events team during the planning stage.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by Bedzzz and may vary depending on the event package and how far in advance the change is requested. Prospective bookers are advised to review the terms carefully and clarify any flexibility with the hotel's events team at the time of confirmation.
