The Rooftop at Clarion Inn Sevilla is an open-air event space perched atop the hotel in Dhakoli, Zirakpur — one of the fastest-growing hospitality corridors connecting Chandigarh with the Panchkula and Mohali belt. The elevated setting gives the space a character that no banquet hall on the ground floor can replicate: open skies, natural light that shifts from golden hour to starlit evening, and a sense of occasion that guests feel the moment they step out of the lift. Whether the event runs through an afternoon or well into the night, the rooftop environment lends an inherent drama to every gathering, making it a sought-after alternative to conventional enclosed banquet spaces in the region.
Clarion Inn Sevilla is a branded hotel operating under the Choice Hotels umbrella, which means event planners benefit from the service standards, coordination infrastructure, and F&B capabilities of a full-service hotel while enjoying the distinctive outdoor ambience of the rooftop.
The Rooftop is well suited to a range of celebratory and professional occasions. On the social side, it is a compelling venue for cocktail parties, engagement ceremonies, birthday celebrations, sangeet nights, and pre-wedding functions where a visually distinctive backdrop matters. The open-air format invites creative décor — fairy lights, floral canopy treatments, and ambient lighting rigs all work particularly well against an open sky at elevation.
Corporate event planners also find value here: product launches, sundowner networking events, and informal team gatherings benefit from the relaxed yet premium atmosphere the rooftop affords. The change of setting from a standard conference room can noticeably shift the energy of a professional gathering, which is why the space is often chosen for events where connection and conversation are the primary goals rather than formal presentations.
For weddings, the rooftop is especially popular for pre-wedding celebrations, where the combination of an outdoor setting, the hotel's catering capability, and the proximity to Chandigarh makes it easy for outstation guests to participate without complicated logistics.
Dhakoli sits at a strategic crossroads in Greater Mohali, making Clarion Inn Sevilla easy to reach from multiple directions. The property is accessible from Chandigarh via the Chandigarh–Ambala National Highway, and is conveniently located for guests travelling from Panchkula, Mohali, and Zirakpur town. Chandigarh International Airport is within a short drive, a genuine advantage when hosting events with guests flying in from Delhi, Mumbai, or other major cities. The hotel's address in Dhakoli also places it close to key commercial and residential developments that have emerged across the Zirakpur-Mohali belt, meaning local guests face minimal travel burden.
Event planners coordinating multi-day celebrations — common in Punjabi wedding culture — benefit from the hotel's on-site guest accommodation, which means family and close friends can stay on the property, eliminating the need for transport between a separate hotel and the venue late at night.

Clarion Inn Sevilla, as a full-service hotel, is expected to have audio-visual support capabilities, though specific equipment available for rooftop use — such as outdoor sound systems, screens, or lighting rigs — should be confirmed directly with the hotel's events team, as outdoor setups can differ from indoor banquet hall provisions.
