Celebrations

Capacity details for the Celebrations space are best confirmed directly with the Club Mahindra Kensville events team, as the configuration may vary depending on the event format — whether seated dining, a cocktail reception, or a theatre-style setup. Reaching out to the resort will ensure you get figures matched to your specific event layout.

Yes — because Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort offers on-site accommodation alongside the Celebrations event space, guests attending a wedding or pre-wedding function can stay at the resort and enjoy its leisure facilities as part of the overall experience. This makes it well suited to multi-day celebrations where the stay, event, and activities are bundled together. The lush golf course surroundings add to the destination-retreat atmosphere.

Club Mahindra Kensville operates in-house F&B services at the resort, and catering for events at Celebrations is handled by the property's own team. Menus can typically be tailored to the nature of the event, whether that means a buffet for a large gathering or a plated setup for a more formal occasion. Specific menu options and pricing should be discussed with the events department when booking.

As Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort operates its own catering services, the policy on external caterers should be confirmed with the resort directly before making arrangements. Resort properties often have preferred vendor lists or restrictions on outside catering to maintain quality and safety standards.

Unlike a standalone city banquet hall, Celebrations sits within the Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort, meaning the event is surrounded by the resort's manicured golf course landscape and leisure amenities. Guests experience a genuine retreat atmosphere rather than an urban function room. The combination of resort hospitality, on-site accommodation, and open green surroundings gives events here a distinctive, unhurried character.

Ahmedabad is served by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, and the resort can be reached by road from the airport. The exact distance and recommended transfer options are best confirmed with the resort's reservations team, who can advise on transport arrangements for outstation guests.

As a resort property, Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort is expected to have parking facilities on-site. The availability of dedicated parking for event guests, and any arrangements for large-group arrivals, should be confirmed with the events team when finalising your booking.

The resort's events staff are experienced in coordinating setup, décor, and audiovisual requirements for different types of occasions. They typically act as a single point of contact, helping organisers manage these elements without needing to engage multiple external vendors. The specific AV equipment available and décor packages on offer should be confirmed directly with the events team.

The golf resort setting provides a relaxed, away-from-office environment that many corporate groups find conducive to open discussion and team engagement. Corporate-specific packages, including business facilities and group dining, can be discussed with the resort's events department.
