Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space set within the grounds of the Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort. It is defined by natural greenery and open skies, with the resort's golf course providing a scenic backdrop. Event planners should factor in weather conditions and discuss contingency arrangements with the venue team when booking.

Specific capacity figures for the Lawn have not been confirmed in publicly available sources and may vary depending on the event format, seating arrangement, and layout chosen. It is recommended to contact the Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort events team directly with your guest count so they can advise on suitability and setup options.

As an open-air lawn venue, events are subject to weather conditions. Prospective clients should discuss contingency options — such as temporary structure installation, shamianas, or alternative indoor spaces on the property — with the resort's events team at the time of booking. Having a back-up plan is particularly advisable for events scheduled during the monsoon season in Gujarat.

Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort has hospitality and F&B infrastructure as part of the resort property, and catering arrangements for events at the Lawn are typically coordinated through the resort. For details on menus, cuisine options, and whether outside caterers are permitted, it is advisable to speak with the events team directly.

The open-air format of the Lawn provides a flexible canvas for custom décor and thematic setups. Event planners can work with the resort's in-house events team to tailor decoration, lighting installations, and layout to the tone and scale of the occasion. For specific decoration policies and empanelled vendor lists, the events team should be contacted.

Prospective clients should discuss their audio-visual requirements — including microphones, projectors, and PA systems — directly with the resort's events team to understand what is provided and what may need to be arranged separately.

Room availability and group booking terms should be discussed with the resort directly.

The Lawn's adjacency to the Kensville Golf Club's manicured fairways and open green landscape gives it a premium visual backdrop that most standalone banquet lawns cannot offer. The resort environment also means events benefit from the surrounding hospitality infrastructure, landscaped grounds, and a sense of retreat from urban life. This combination of natural scenery and resort-grade facilities sets it apart as a destination event space in the Ahmedabad region.
