Classic

Capacity in the Classic will vary depending on the seating arrangement chosen — theatre, classroom, banquet, or cocktail-style setups each accommodate different guest counts. Exact figures should be confirmed with the Delite Sarovar Portico events team before finalising a booking.

Yes, the hotel has an in-house culinary team that provides catering for events held in the Classic. Menus typically span Indian and continental options, and the team can work with organisers to build a food and beverage plan suited to the event's nature and budget. Specific menu choices and pricing should be discussed directly with the banqueting team.

Audio-visual equipment and basic event infrastructure are available through the hotel for events held in the Classic. Organisers planning events with specific technical requirements — such as large-format projection, live streaming, or professional sound systems — should inform the events team in advance so availability and setup can be confirmed.

The Classic features a clean, contemporary aesthetic that serves as a neutral backdrop for customised décor. Organisers are advised to check with the hotel regarding any guidelines around external décor vendors, floral arrangements, or installations before finalising their plans.

The hotel is located in AC Nagar, Faridabad, Haryana, and is well connected to Delhi NCR via the Delhi–Mathura Highway (NH-19). Guests travelling by metro can use the Violet Line of the Delhi Metro, which connects Faridabad to central Delhi and Noida. The AC Nagar location is primarily commercial and residential, making navigation straightforward for both local and out-of-town guests.

Parking is available on the property grounds at Delite Sarovar Portico, which is a practical advantage for events where guests are expected to arrive by private vehicle. Organisers planning large events should confirm the parking capacity with the hotel team to manage guest expectations.

Delite Sarovar Portico is a full-service hotel with guest accommodation available on the property, making it convenient for attendees travelling from other parts of NCR or from out of town. Room availability and group booking arrangements should be discussed with the hotel's reservations team well in advance of the event date.

Yes — the Classic is well positioned to serve Faridabad's active corporate community, which spans manufacturing, IT, and retail sectors across the city's industrial and commercial corridors. The hotel-backed setting, in-house catering, and AV support make it a self-contained venue for meetings, training programmes, and team events. Its accessibility via NH-19 and the Delhi Metro Violet Line also makes it easy for colleagues or clients to attend from across NCR.

The hotel's banqueting team can configure the Classic in multiple seating arrangements, including theatre, classroom, banquet, and cocktail layouts, depending on the nature of the event. Organisers should share their event format and expected guest count early in the planning process so the team can recommend the most suitable setup.

Pricing for the Classic is tailored to each event based on factors such as the chosen seating arrangement, catering requirements, duration, and any additional services required. Prospective organisers can reach out to the Delite Sarovar Portico events or sales team directly through the Sarovar Hotels website or by contacting the hotel to request a customised quote.

The Classic is suitable for intimate wedding-related functions, including engagement ceremonies and smaller pre-wedding celebrations, where a controlled, hotel-managed environment is preferred over a large banquet hall. The in-house catering team can support these occasions with appropriate menus and service styles. Organisers should connect with the hotel's events team to discuss specific requirements and availability.

Availability for the Classic can be enquired about by contacting the Delite Sarovar Portico events or reservations team directly, either through the Sarovar Hotels website or by phone. It is advisable to reach out well in advance — especially for weekend dates and peak wedding and festive seasons — as event spaces in hotel properties in the NCR region tend to book up quickly during those periods.

Hotel-managed venues like the Classic at Delite Sarovar Portico typically have policies regarding external vendors accessing the event space. Organisers planning to bring in outside photographers, entertainers, or decoration teams should confirm the hotel's vendor policy and any applicable conditions with the events team before contracting third-party suppliers.
