Lawn C

Lawn C is a dedicated outdoor lawn space set within the grounds of Dream Valley Resorts. It offers an open-air atmosphere with natural greenery and open skies, making it distinct from the resort's indoor banquet options. This open setting is one of its key appeals for weddings and large social gatherings.

As an open-air lawn, Lawn C is subject to weather conditions, and rain or extreme heat can affect outdoor events. Couples and planners are advised to discuss weather contingency arrangements — such as temporary canopy or tent structures — with the resort's events team well in advance of the event date. Dream Valley Resorts may have indoor or covered spaces available as backup options, and this should be confirmed directly with the property.

Capacity at Lawn C will depend on the event layout — seating arrangements, stage setup, dance floors, and catering stations all affect the number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated. For an accurate capacity figure based on your specific event format, it is recommended to speak with the Dream Valley Resorts events team directly.

Dream Valley Resorts is a full-service resort property that brings hospitality and catering infrastructure to its event spaces, including Lawn C. Whether in-house catering is mandatory or whether external caterers are permitted is a detail that should be confirmed with the resort's events team, as policies can vary by event type and package.

Yes, the open-air format and ample space of Lawn C make it well suited to pre-wedding functions such as mehndi, sangeet, and haldi ceremonies, where informal layouts, vibrant décor, and room for music and dance are important. The lawn setting allows these events to feel festive and expansive without the constraints of a closed hall. Specific arrangements and availability should be discussed with the events team.

Dream Valley Resorts is a resort property, which means accommodation for guests is available on-site — a significant advantage for multi-day wedding programmes or events drawing guests from outside Hyderabad. Having the celebration venue and guest rooms in the same property keeps the entire event experience, from arrival to rest, in one place. Room availability and block-booking options for events should be confirmed with the resort directly.

As an outdoor lawn, Lawn C can accommodate a range of décor and staging setups, including floral mandaps and fairy-light canopies for wedding ceremonies, long banquet tables for formal dinners, and open arrangements for cocktail-style receptions. The specific décor vendors and in-house décor services available through Dream Valley Resorts should be discussed with the events team during the planning process.

Dream Valley Resorts is located in Bakaram Jagir, Hyderabad, Telangana, on the outskirts of the city. Guests travelling from central Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and other parts of the city can reach the property by road. The outskirts location gives the resort its open, destination feel, though travel time from different city zones will vary and guests are advised to plan accordingly.

Yes, Lawn C's open-air setting and flexible layout make it a practical choice for corporate events that benefit from an outdoor atmosphere, such as team outings, product launches, and evening networking dinners. The resort's location outside the city centre gives corporate gatherings a distinct, destination character that separates them from a typical office venue. Specific corporate packages and catering options can be explored with the Dream Valley Resorts events team.

As a resort property set on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Dream Valley Resorts is expected to have parking facilities available for guests attending events. The specific parking capacity and any arrangements for large event guest lists — such as managed parking or valet services — should be confirmed with the resort directly.

Noise and sound regulations for outdoor events in Hyderabad are governed by local municipal and environmental guidelines, and these may affect music timing and sound levels at Lawn C. Because it is an open-air venue, sound carries differently than in an enclosed hall. Event planners are advised to ask the Dream Valley Resorts events team about any applicable curfew times or decibel restrictions before finalising their programme.

To book Lawn C, interested parties are encouraged to contact the Dream Valley Resorts events team to check availability for their preferred date, discuss the event format, and receive a customised quote. Given the popularity of resort lawns for weddings and large gatherings, early enquiry is advisable, particularly for peak wedding season dates. Specific terms around advance booking, deposits, and cancellation policies should be obtained directly from the resort.

The open-air lawn format of Lawn C is inherently flexible, allowing the space to be configured differently depending on the event — a seated dinner layout looks and functions very differently from a ceremony-plus-reception setup or a cocktail gathering. This adaptability is one of the reasons the space works across both social and corporate events. The resort's events team can advise on recommended layouts based on guest count and event type.

Lawn C benefits from the lush, green surroundings that characterise Dream Valley Resorts as a whole, providing a naturally scenic backdrop for wedding photography and videography. The open skies and resort landscaping create visual depth and variety that a purely built environment cannot replicate. Couples are encouraged to visit the venue in person to assess the setting at the time of day their event is planned, as light and ambiance can vary significantly.
