Laguna Ballroom

Yes, the Laguna Ballroom features a pillar-free layout, which provides unobstructed sightlines throughout the space. This is particularly valuable for seated banquets, stage presentations, and award ceremonies where every guest should have a clear view of the front of the room. It also offers greater flexibility when designing stage and seating configurations.

Specific capacity figures for different seating configurations — such as theatre, banquet rounds, or cocktail-style — should be confirmed directly with the Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore events team, as these vary depending on setup requirements, stage size, and décor. Reaching out via the hotel's official website at dusit.com is the most reliable way to get figures tailored to your event.

Yes, the Laguna Ballroom includes a dedicated pre-function area that flows seamlessly into the main event space. This area is commonly used for cocktail receptions, guest registration counters, networking zones, or exhibition booths. It gives planners the flexibility to programme a multi-stage event experience within a single connected space.

The Laguna Ballroom is equipped with built-in audiovisual infrastructure and professional-grade lighting. The specific inventory — including screen sizes, sound system specifications, and lighting rigs — should be confirmed with the hotel's events team when finalising your event brief. External AV suppliers can typically be engaged for bespoke productions, subject to hotel policy.

The Laguna Ballroom is a popular choice for wedding banquets, offering warm ambient lighting, a grand sense of occasion, and the verdant golf course surroundings of Laguna Golf Green as a backdrop. The Thai-inspired hospitality ethos of Dusit Thani means couples can expect attentive, personalised service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. The connected pre-function area also works well as a cocktail reception space before guests move into the main banquet.

Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore has an in-house culinary team that provides catering for events held in the Laguna Ballroom. Bespoke menus drawing on international and Asian cuisines can be arranged, and the team accommodates dietary requirements including halal, vegetarian, and other configurations. Couples and event planners are encouraged to schedule a menu consultation with the food and beverage team during the planning stage.

The hotel is located within the Laguna Golf Green precinct in the Upper Buona Vista and Pasir Panjang corridor of Singapore, with convenient access to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). Guests travelling from the central business district or Changi Airport can reach the property by private vehicle or ride-hailing services, both of which are practical options. The estate setting means there is ample surface parking available for guests driving themselves.

Ample surface parking is available within the Laguna Golf Green estate, making the venue accessible for guests arriving by private vehicle or chauffeured car. For large events where parking demand may be higher than usual, it is advisable to check with the hotel's events team about reserved or overflow parking arrangements in advance.

Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is reachable from Changi Airport by road via the Ayer Rajah Expressway corridor, making it a viable destination for international guests and overseas delegates attending conferences or destination weddings. Ride-hailing and private transfer services are widely available from the airport. Exact travel times will vary with traffic conditions, and the hotel can advise on recommended transfer arrangements.

As a full-service Dusit Thani hotel, the property offers on-site guest accommodation, which is particularly useful for multi-day corporate programmes or out-of-town wedding guests who need to stay overnight. Room block arrangements for event groups can typically be negotiated as part of an event package. The events team should be consulted for room availability and group booking terms.

Enquiries about availability and pricing for the Laguna Ballroom can be submitted through the official Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore website at dusit.com or by contacting the hotel's events and catering team directly. Providing details such as the event date, expected guest count, event type, and preferred setup will allow the team to prepare a tailored proposal. Early enquiry is recommended for peak dates such as weekends and public holidays.

Yes, the Laguna Ballroom is well suited to multi-day corporate events, supported by the hotel's broader facilities including additional meeting rooms, business services, and on-site guest accommodation. The pre-function area can be configured as a breakout or networking zone on each day of the programme. The resort-like environment of the Laguna Golf Green estate also provides a productive change of scenery for delegates attending extended programmes.

The Laguna Golf Green estate setting gives event groups access to an environment that is unusually green and tranquil for Singapore, which can be leveraged for team-building activities, outdoor receptions, or photography. Whether specific golf or outdoor ancillary activities are available to event groups should be confirmed with the hotel, as offerings may vary by season and estate policy.

Dusit Thani is a Thai-heritage luxury hotel brand known for integrating warm, gracious Thai hospitality — referred to internally as Dusit Graciousness — into every guest interaction. For events at the Laguna Ballroom, this translates into attentive, detail-oriented event coordination from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up. Couples planning weddings and corporate clients managing large programmes can expect a dedicated events contact who manages the process with personalised care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
