Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space set within the resort's natural grounds in Whitefield. Guests and planners should factor in Bengaluru's seasonal weather patterns — particularly the monsoon months — when selecting their event date. The events team can advise on weather contingency options and any available shelter or covering arrangements.

Specific capacity figures for the Lawn depend on the seating configuration chosen — banquet, theatre, cocktail, or mixed arrangements will each accommodate different guest counts. It is best to contact the Elim Resorts events team directly with your expected guest list size so they can confirm whether the space and layout suit your requirements.

As an open-air venue in Bengaluru, the Lawn is subject to the city's monsoon and pre-monsoon rainfall, particularly between June and September. Clients planning events during these months should discuss contingency arrangements — such as temporary canopies, marquees, or alternative indoor spaces within the resort — with the events team well in advance of their booking.

Elim Resorts has an in-house team that supports event catering, making it convenient for planners who prefer managing everything under one roof. Specific menus, cuisine options, and whether outside caterers are permitted should be confirmed directly with the resort, as policies can vary based on the nature and scale of the event.

Yes, the open layout of the Lawn allows for flexible configurations to suit different occasions — from formal banquet-style seating for wedding dinners to theatre-style arrangements for corporate presentations or lounge setups for cocktail receptions. The events team can work with clients to design a layout that fits their programme and guest count.

The resort's events team can advise on available audio-visual support, including sound systems, microphones, and presentation equipment suited to an outdoor setting. Because the Lawn is an open-air space, there may be considerations around sound levels and neighbouring areas that are worth discussing with the team during the planning stage.

Outdoor venues in Bengaluru are subject to local noise regulations and municipal curfew timings, which can affect music volume and event end times. Clients planning celebrations with live music or DJ performances should specifically ask the Elim Resorts events team about permitted sound levels and the latest permissible event timings.

Elim Resorts is located in Whitefield, one of Bengaluru's major IT and residential corridors in the eastern part of the city. Guests can reach the resort by road, and the Whitefield Metro Station on the Purple Line provides a public transport option for those travelling without a vehicle. The exact address and directions are best confirmed on the resort's official website or by contacting the team directly.

Kempegowda International Airport is located to the north of Bengaluru, and travel time from the airport to Whitefield varies depending on traffic and route taken. Guests flying in for events are advised to check current road conditions and factor in adequate travel time; the resort's team can suggest the most convenient approach route or assist with transport coordination.

As a resort property, Elim Resorts is expected to have on-site parking available for guests attending events at the Lawn. The exact capacity and any arrangement for large event groups — such as valet or designated parking zones — should be confirmed with the resort prior to the event.

Elim Resorts is a resort property and is expected to offer guest accommodation alongside its event spaces, which can be convenient for destination weddings or multi-day corporate retreats where attendees are travelling from outside Bengaluru. Specific room availability, rates, and group booking arrangements should be confirmed directly with the resort.

Many resort venues work with a combination of in-house resources and approved external vendors for décor, photography, entertainment, and other services. Whether Elim Resorts permits fully independent external vendors or requires coordination through their team is a detail worth clarifying early in the planning process to avoid last-minute surprises.

To book the Lawn at Elim Resorts, prospective clients are generally advised to contact the resort's events team to check availability for their preferred date and discuss event requirements. A booking confirmation typically involves an advance deposit, though the specific terms — including payment schedule and cancellation policy — should be reviewed and confirmed with the team directly.

Given its location in Whitefield, Bengaluru's prominent IT corridor, the Lawn at Elim Resorts is conveniently positioned for corporate groups based in the area's many technology companies and business parks. The outdoor setting and flexible layout make it a practical choice for team-building days, off-site strategy sessions, and networking events that benefit from a relaxed resort environment rather than a conventional conference room.
