Pool Side

The Pool Side is an open-air venue set adjacent to the resort's swimming pool, which gives it its distinctive al fresco character. Whether covered or partially shaded areas are available within the setup should be confirmed directly with the Elim Resorts events team, as configurations may vary depending on the nature and scale of the event.

As an open-air venue, the Pool Side is subject to weather conditions, and Bengaluru's monsoon season runs approximately from June through September. It is advisable to discuss weather contingency plans — such as temporary shelter, tent or canopy arrangements, or the availability of an indoor backup space — with the Elim Resorts team when booking.

Yes, the Pool Side is suitable for corporate networking nights, informal team gatherings, and offsite events that benefit from a non-traditional setting. Elim Resorts is located in Whitefield, Bengaluru's major IT and business corridor, making it conveniently accessible for corporate groups from the surrounding tech parks and offices.

The open-air, resort-style setting of the Pool Side makes it a popular choice for pre-wedding functions including mehendi ceremonies, sangeet evenings, and cocktail receptions. The poolside backdrop provides a visually appealing atmosphere that works well with festive lighting and décor, reducing the need for elaborate staging.

Elim Resorts is located in Whitefield, which is served by the Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro Station on the Purple Line of the Namma Metro network. This makes the property accessible from central Bengaluru and other metro-connected areas without relying solely on road transport.

The resort campus in Whitefield provides on-site parking for guests travelling by car, and the property is accessible via Old Madras Road and the Outer Ring Road. The exact number of parking bays and any valet arrangements should be confirmed with the events team at the time of booking.

Elim Resorts operates as a full-service resort with on-site accommodation, making it possible for outstation guests or attendees of multi-day events to stay on the property. Room availability and group-booking arrangements should be discussed directly with the reservations team to ensure rooms are blocked in advance.

The Elim Resorts events team works with clients to customise the setup of the Pool Side, including seating arrangements, lighting, and decorative elements, to match the mood and scale of the occasion. Whether you prefer a lounge-style layout for a cocktail party or a more structured arrangement for a seated dinner, the team can advise on the best configurations.

As a full-service resort, Elim Resorts is expected to offer in-house catering services for events held on the property, including at the Pool Side. Specific menu options, cuisine styles, and whether outside caterers are permitted should be clarified with the events team to ensure they align with your requirements.

The availability of AV equipment, sound systems, and technical support for events at the Pool Side should be confirmed with Elim Resorts directly, as setups can vary based on the event type and size. It is also worth discussing any noise or sound restrictions that may apply to an open-air venue within the resort campus.

The Pool Side can accommodate different configurations depending on the event, and the team at Elim Resorts can advise on whether a seated dinner layout or a standing cocktail-lounge format works better for your guest count and occasion. Capacity and seating specifics should be obtained directly from the venue to plan accurately.

Demand for event spaces in Bengaluru tends to rise significantly during the wedding season (typically October to February) and around major holidays and festivals. It is generally advisable to approach the Elim Resorts events team several months in advance for peak-season dates to check availability and secure a booking.

Prospective clients can reach out to the Elim Resorts events team through the official website at elimresorts.com to request a proposal or discuss requirements. The team will typically require details such as the event date, expected guest count, type of occasion, and any specific catering or setup needs before providing a tailored quote.

When the Pool Side is booked for a private event, the exclusivity arrangements — including whether the adjacent pool area is reserved solely for event guests — should be confirmed with Elim Resorts at the time of booking. Understanding these boundaries is important for planning the guest experience, particularly for evening or daytime social events.
