Vesta

Specific capacity figures for Vesta depend on the event format and seating arrangement chosen. As a boutique venue, it is designed for more intimate gatherings rather than very large-scale banquets. The events team at Arjuna Manor can provide exact figures and help determine the best layout for your guest count.

Vesta at Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor is well-positioned for destination weddings, combining a culturally significant city with a boutique hotel setting that offers personalised service. Varanasi's spiritual resonance makes it a meaningful backdrop for family occasions, and the hotel's own accommodation allows out-of-town guests to stay on-site. This reduces logistics considerably for wedding organisers managing multi-day functions.

Vesta is part of Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor, situated in Mahmoorganj, a well-connected residential neighbourhood in Varanasi. Mahmoorganj offers good road access from both Varanasi Junction railway station and Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport. Its location gives guests proximity to the city's cultural and pilgrimage sites while avoiding the congestion of Varanasi's older quarters.

Mahmoorganj is a relatively calm and well-connected part of the city, making it easier for out-of-town guests to navigate compared to Varanasi's historic inner lanes. Its road connectivity to the railway station and airport means guests travelling by different modes of transport can reach the venue without difficulty. The neighbourhood's character also makes it a comfortable base for guests staying across multiple event days.

Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor is a hotel property, meaning accommodation is available on-site for guests attending events at Vesta. This is particularly useful for destination weddings or multi-day corporate programmes where housing attendees in one location simplifies coordination. Room availability and block-booking options should be confirmed directly with the hotel.

Unlike larger hotel convention spaces where multiple events may run simultaneously, Vesta's boutique scale means events receive dedicated attention from the property's team. This translates to a more curated experience for hosts and guests, with service tailored to the specific occasion rather than a standardised banquet operation. For organisers who value that level of focus, it is a meaningful distinction when comparing venue options in the city.

As part of a hotel property, Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor is expected to offer in-house catering services for events at Vesta. Whether external caterers or specific menu customisations are permitted should be confirmed with the events team, as catering policies vary by property and event type.

Event spaces within boutique hotels typically offer flexibility in seating and layout to accommodate different formats, from banquet rounds for weddings to theatre or boardroom style for corporate meetings. The specific configurations available at Vesta should be discussed with the events team at Arjuna Manor, who can advise on the best setup for your guest count and occasion.

Corporate events and presentations require AV support such as projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems, and hotels of this type commonly provide or arrange such equipment. The exact AV inventory available at Vesta and any associated charges should be verified directly with the Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor events team before booking.

Personalised décor is central to the experience at boutique event venues, and Vesta's setting is designed to adapt to both formal and festive styling. Whether the hotel works with in-house décor partners or allows external vendors to set up should be clarified with the events team. Hosts planning weddings or themed social events are encouraged to discuss their vision early in the booking process.

Parking availability at the property should be confirmed directly with Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor, as it can vary based on the venue's footprint and local infrastructure in Mahmoorganj. The events team can advise on parking capacity and any arrangements that can be made for larger groups of arriving guests.

Availability and pricing for Vesta can be enquired about by contacting Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor directly through their official website at fourleafhotels.com or by reaching out to their events team. Cancellation and booking terms for events at Vesta are set by Four Leaf Hotel – Arjuna Manor and may vary depending on the event size, dates, and contractual arrangement. Prospective clients should request a copy of the terms and conditions when receiving their event proposal. Understanding deposit requirements and cancellation timelines upfront helps avoid any surprises closer to the event date.

Vesta is suited to both corporate and social event formats, and the intimate, focused atmosphere of a boutique setting can be particularly effective for off-sites, strategy meetings, and team gatherings where participants benefit from being away from a standard office environment. The space's refined interiors work equally well in a professional configuration as they do dressed for a celebration. Corporate groups interested in Vesta should discuss their specific requirements with the Arjuna Manor events team.
