Lawn

The Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space set within the grounds of the GoBravo Grandeur Gurgaon farmhouse and villa property. This gives it a natural, green backdrop that works well for both daytime and evening events. Guests planning events during monsoon season or in extreme weather should discuss weather contingency options with the venue team.

Capacity details for the Lawn are best confirmed directly with the GoBravo Grandeur Gurgaon events team, as numbers can vary depending on the seating configuration, event format, and layout requirements. Whether you are planning a seated dinner, a standing cocktail reception, or a mixed-format event, the team can advise on the maximum headcount that works safely and comfortably for your specific setup.

As an open-air venue, the Lawn is subject to weather conditions, which is a key consideration especially during the monsoon months from June to September in Gurugram. It is advisable to discuss contingency arrangements — such as temporary canopies, shamianas, or access to an indoor backup space — with the venue when finalising your booking. The events team will be best placed to explain what options are available for your event date.

Catering policies at farmhouse venues like GoBravo Grandeur Gurgaon can vary — some properties offer in-house catering, while others permit empanelled or external vendors. It is recommended that you confirm the catering policy, including any approved vendor lists or corkage arrangements, directly with the venue before finalising your plans.

Open-air farmhouse spaces typically offer considerable flexibility for decoration, and the Lawn's unobstructed footprint is well suited to custom setups including floral mandaps, canopies, and themed décor. However, specific restrictions — such as rules around open flames, drilling, or the use of certain materials — should be confirmed with GoBravo Grandeur Gurgaon's events team prior to booking.

The surrounding greenery of the farmhouse grounds serves as a natural backdrop for events held on the Lawn, which can reduce the need for extensive artificial décor to create a lush, photogenic setting. Whether any additional landscaping or floral dressing is provided as part of the venue package should be clarified with the events team.

Farmhouse properties in Gurugram typically have on-site parking space given their larger footprint compared to urban hotel venues. The exact parking capacity and any valet or managed parking arrangements at GoBravo Grandeur Gurgaon should be confirmed directly with the property when planning your event.

Specific details about in-house AV equipment, sound systems, and event lighting at the Lawn are best obtained from the venue's events team. For evening events, lighting plays an especially important role in an open-air setting, and understanding what the venue provides versus what would need to be sourced externally is an important part of the planning process.
