Pool Side Lawn

The Pool Side Lawn is an open-air, outdoor event space situated alongside the resort's swimming pool. Because it is outdoors, event experiences can vary depending on the time of day and the season, so it is worth discussing weather contingency options — such as temporary canopy or tent coverage — with the Lahari Resorts events team when planning your event.

As an outdoor lawn space, the Pool Side Lawn is subject to weather conditions, which makes it important to discuss contingency planning with the resort before confirming your booking. Lahari Resorts may have options such as marquee or shamiyana coverage or alternative indoor spaces available; the events team should be consulted directly to understand what backup arrangements can be made.

Yes, the open-air poolside setting is suitable for both wedding ceremonies — including mandap setups — and wedding receptions or post-ceremony celebrations. The flexible, open layout of the lawn allows for ceremonial staging at one end of the space while accommodating dining and entertainment arrangements across the rest of the area. Specific setup options should be confirmed with the Lahari Resorts weddings team.

Lahari Resorts is a full-service resort property with on-site accommodation, making it a practical choice for weddings and multi-day events where guests are travelling in from outside Hyderabad. Having rooms on the same premises means outstation guests do not need to arrange separate hotel stays. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed directly with the resort's reservations team.

Lahari Resorts is located in Bhanoor, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad is the nearest major airport. The resort's out-of-city location is part of its appeal as a destination venue, offering a genuine getaway atmosphere while remaining drivable from central Hyderabad. For precise travel times and distances from specific points in the city, it is best to check with the resort directly or use a mapping application.

As a resort property, Lahari Resorts is expected to have parking available on the premises for guests attending events. The Pool Side Lawn's out-of-city Bhanoor location also means guests are not navigating a congested urban environment to reach the venue. For details on parking capacity and any specific arrangements for large event groups, the resort's events team should be contacted.

Lahari Resorts is a full-service resort and is expected to offer in-house catering services for events hosted on the property, including at the Pool Side Lawn. This typically includes options for customising menus to suit the event type, dietary requirements, and cuisine preferences. Exact catering packages, menu options, and policies on outside caterers should be confirmed with the resort's banqueting or events team.

Yes, the Pool Side Lawn is suited to corporate gatherings including team-building days, offsite meetings, product launches, and informal leadership or strategy retreats. The resort's open-air setting provides a change of environment from city office spaces, which many corporate organisers find beneficial for engagement and creativity. The events team can assist with layout planning and any additional requirements such as audio-visual support.

The open-air layout of the Pool Side Lawn can be configured in multiple ways, including formal seated dining with round or banquet tables, cocktail-style standing receptions, and ceremonial setups such as a mandap for weddings. The space's poolside backdrop and resort greenery naturally complement a wide range of décor styles. For specifics on what décor, furniture, lighting, and floral arrangements can be coordinated through the resort, the events team is the right point of contact.

Audio-visual support — including sound systems, microphones, and lighting rigs — is commonly provided or arranged by full-service resort properties for their event spaces. Whether hosting an evening sangeet, a corporate presentation, or a poolside reception with live music, the AV requirements will differ, so it is advisable to discuss your specific needs with the Lahari Resorts events team when planning your event.

The Pool Side Lawn's relaxed, open-air poolside setting makes it a particularly natural choice for pre-wedding functions like mehendi and sangeet ceremonies, where a festive and free-flowing atmosphere enhances the celebration. The surrounding resort greenery and pool backdrop also provide attractive photography settings for these occasions. The events team at Lahari Resorts can advise on how the space is typically arranged for such functions.

To receive a pricing proposal or check availability for a specific date, prospective clients should contact the Lahari Resorts events or banqueting team directly through the resort's official website or by phone. Pricing for event spaces at resorts is generally customised based on guest count, event type, catering selections, and the duration of the booking, so a tailored quote is the most accurate way to understand costs.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by property and are typically set out in the event booking agreement. It is important to review and understand these terms before confirming your booking, particularly for large events such as weddings where significant deposits may be involved. The Lahari Resorts events team can provide the specific terms applicable to a Pool Side Lawn booking.

The Pool Side Lawn offers a setting that indoor banquet halls cannot replicate — open skies, resort greenery, and the scenic presence of a swimming pool create an ambient backdrop that elevates the atmosphere of any event. For guests travelling from Hyderabad, the Bhanoor resort location also adds a destination-experience dimension, making the event feel like a genuine getaway rather than a city function. This combination of visual appeal, resort-grade hospitality, and outdoor flexibility is what makes the space stand out for weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events alike.
