The Serenade & Oasis Lawn at Park Boulevard Hotel brings together two distinct open-air event spaces on the hotel's premises in Fatehpur Beri, South Delhi. As a combined lawn venue, Serenade and Oasis offer the kind of expansive, sky-open setting that is difficult to find this close to central Delhi — making them a compelling choice for event planners who want the grandeur of an outdoor celebration without venturing far from the city. The lawns are laid out with lush green surroundings that lend a natural, garden-party aesthetic to any gathering, and the flexibility of using one or both spaces together allows organisers to tailor the environment to their event's scale and mood.
The setting is well-suited to events that benefit from natural light, open skies, and room to breathe — qualities that enclosed banquet halls simply cannot replicate. Whether it is the glow of string lights on a wedding evening or the open-air energy of a daytime corporate gathering, the lawns adapt to both formal and celebratory atmospheres.
The Serenade & Oasis Lawn is positioned as a versatile venue for a broad range of social and professional events. Wedding ceremonies and receptions are among the most natural fits — the outdoor format lends itself to pheras, cocktail evenings, sangeet nights, and baraat arrivals in a way that feels spacious and celebratory rather than constrained. The dual-lawn configuration also makes it practical to stage different functions in adjacent spaces simultaneously or in sequence across a multi-day wedding programme.
Beyond weddings, the space is suitable for corporate events, product launches, networking evenings, and milestone celebrations such as anniversaries and milestone birthdays. The open-air format works particularly well for events that incorporate live performances, DJ setups, or themed décor builds that require room to expand. Park Boulevard Hotel's in-house events team supports planning across all these formats, coordinating catering, décor, and logistics from a single point of contact on the property.
Park Boulevard Hotel is located in Fatehpur Beri, a neighbourhood in South Delhi that sits along the Mehrauli–Badarpur Road corridor. This part of South Delhi has emerged as a hospitality and banqueting hub, with good road connectivity to Saket, Mehrauli, and the broader National Capital Region. The location is accessible from both the Delhi Metro network and major arterial roads, making it reachable for guests travelling from different parts of the city or arriving from out of town via the Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is situated to the southwest of the property.
For guests attending weddings or multi-day events, the hotel's own accommodation means that key family members and out-of-town guests can stay on-site — a practical advantage that reduces coordination stress for hosts and ensures the celebration extends comfortably into the evening without transport concerns.
