Kohinoor

The Kohinoor is one of the most popular choices at Park Plaza Ludhiana for weddings and pre-wedding functions, partly because it offers the scale and elegant setting that Punjabi celebrations traditionally call for. The hotel provides in-house catering with Indian and international menu options, and the banqueting team is experienced in coordinating the multiple functions that typically make up a Punjabi wedding. Families looking for a single-point venue that handles catering, décor, and logistics tend to find the hotel's full-service offering particularly convenient.

The Kohinoor is equipped with in-built audio-visual infrastructure suitable for presentations, live performances, and ceremonial amplification. This reduces the need for large external AV setups and helps maintain the clean aesthetic of the room. For specific technical requirements such as LED walls, custom sound systems, or simultaneous interpretation, it is best to check directly with the hotel's events team.

Yes, the Kohinoor can be arranged in multiple configurations including theatre style, classroom style, banquet rounds, and cocktail-reception layouts, among others. The banqueting team works with event organisers to match the setup to the nature and size of the occasion. Specific capacities for each layout configuration should be confirmed with Park Plaza Ludhiana's events team at the time of enquiry.
