TESLA CONFERENCE ROOM

Exact seating capacity and layout options vary depending on the room setup selected, such as boardroom, classroom, or theatre style. It is best to contact the Poseido Hotel events team directly with your preferred configuration and guest count so they can confirm whether the space fits your requirements.

The Tesla Conference Room is equipped with audio-visual technology to support presentations and meetings. Organisers should confirm with the hotel which specific equipment is included — such as projectors, screens, microphones, or video-conferencing tools — and whether any additional AV requirements can be arranged.

As the Tesla Conference Room is located within Poseido Hotel, a full-service property, catering options such as coffee breaks, working lunches, and refreshments can typically be coordinated through the hotel's food-and-beverage team. Organisers should discuss their specific catering needs with the events team when making an enquiry.

Yes, Poseido Hotel offers guest rooms on the same property, which simplifies logistics for out-of-town or international delegates attending multi-day events. Event organisers can ask the hotel about group room-block arrangements when booking the conference room.

Poseido Hotel is located in Đồng Hới, the provincial capital of Quảng Bình, and Đồng Hới Airport is the main air gateway serving the city. The precise transfer time depends on traffic conditions, so it is advisable to verify the current distance and estimated journey time with the hotel when planning delegate arrivals.

Đồng Hới Railway Station connects the city to Vietnam's national north–south rail network, making it accessible for delegates travelling from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Đà Nẵng, and other cities. The hotel's team can advise on the best route from the station to the property upon request.

Parking availability at Poseido Hotel should be confirmed directly with the property, as arrangements can vary depending on the size of the group and the time of the event. It is recommended to raise this when making your booking enquiry so the hotel can advise on the best options.

Conference rooms in full-service hotels are commonly offered in multiple layout options — such as boardroom, U-shape, classroom, or theatre style — to suit different event formats. Booking and cancellation terms are set by Poseido Hotel and can vary depending on the event size, duration, and time of year. Organisers are advised to review the terms provided in the hotel's event contract and to ask the events team about any deposit requirements or cancellation windows before confirming.
