Regent Salon

The Regent Salon is a fully enclosed, climate-controlled indoor venue, which means events are not subject to the weather conditions that can affect open-air spaces on Phu Quoc Island. This makes it a reliable choice year-round, including during the island's wetter months. Outdoor spaces elsewhere on the resort property may be available to complement an indoor event programme.

The salon can be arranged in a variety of standard event configurations, including theatre, banquet, classroom, and reception layouts, depending on the nature of the event. The resort's events team will work with organisers to determine the most appropriate setup for their specific requirements. It is recommended to discuss layout options directly with the team when submitting an enquiry.

As a full-service luxury resort, Regent Phu Quoc has its own culinary team capable of delivering catering for events in the Regent Salon, from formal plated dinners to cocktail receptions and coffee-break packages. Menus can typically be tailored to suit dietary requirements and event themes. Specific catering packages and pricing should be confirmed with the resort's events team at the time of enquiry.

Phu Quoc International Airport is located on the island and is served by direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and a number of regional destinations. The resort is situated in the Bãi Trường area on the south-east coast of the island, and transfer arrangements from the airport can be coordinated through the property. Prospective guests are encouraged to contact the resort directly to arrange airport transfers.

Yes — Regent Phu Quoc is a full resort property with guest rooms and villa-style accommodation, making it well suited to multi-day corporate retreats or destination weddings where attendees will be staying on-site. Room block arrangements for event groups can typically be discussed with the events or reservations team. Availability and room-block terms should be confirmed directly with the resort.

The Regent Salon is a fitting venue for a destination wedding reception, offering an elegant climate-controlled interior within a beachfront luxury resort setting on Phu Quoc Island. Couples can complement an indoor reception in the salon with outdoor elements — such as a beach cocktail hour or a ceremony at one of the resort's other event locations. The resort's dedicated weddings team can assist with end-to-end planning and vendor coordination.

The Regent Salon is expected to be equipped with standard professional AV capabilities in line with its positioning as a luxury resort event space, including projection, screens, and sound systems. Specific equipment specifications and any additional technical requirements, such as live-streaming or specialist staging, should be discussed with the events team prior to booking.

Policies on external vendors — including florists, decorators, photographers, and entertainers — vary by property and event type. It is advisable to raise vendor requirements early in the planning process so the resort's events team can confirm which suppliers are permitted and whether any coordination fees apply.

Bãi Trường is one of the most developed coastal areas on Phu Quoc and offers guests easy access to beaches, restaurants, and leisure activities, making it a comfortable base for visitors combining a conference or celebration with leisure time on the island. The area is well connected to other parts of Phu Quoc, including the main town of Dương Đông to the north. Event organisers planning a multi-day programme often build in excursions or free time to take advantage of the island setting.

Regent Phu Quoc has a dedicated events team that assists clients through the planning and execution of events held in the salon and across the resort's other event spaces. Support typically covers room configuration, catering consultation, AV requirements, and on-the-day coordination. The level of planning support available can be discussed when submitting an initial enquiry.

For major occasions such as weddings, conferences, or gala dinners — particularly those coinciding with peak travel periods on Phu Quoc Island — booking well in advance is strongly recommended to secure preferred dates and ensure sufficient lead time for planning. The resort's events team can advise on current availability and any minimum lead times that apply. Getting in touch early also allows more time to customise catering, décor, and accommodation arrangements.

Enquiries for the Regent Salon can be submitted through the meetings and events section of the Regent Phu Quoc official website, or by contacting the resort's events team directly by phone or email. A tailored proposal covering the space, catering, and any additional services will typically be prepared based on the event's date, guest numbers, and specific requirements. Prospective clients are encouraged to share as much detail as possible in their initial enquiry to receive an accurate quote.

Regent Phu Quoc's beachfront setting means outdoor areas — including garden and beach-adjacent spaces — may be available for use in conjunction with the salon for pre-event cocktail receptions, ceremonies, or post-event gatherings. The combination of an indoor salon and outdoor beachfront areas is a common format for destination weddings and corporate gala evenings at island resorts. The events team can outline which outdoor spaces are available to complement a salon booking.

As a resort property in the Bãi Trường area, Regent Phu Quoc is expected to offer parking facilities for guests and event attendees arriving by private vehicle. The specific capacity and any arrangements for large event groups should be confirmed with the resort prior to the event date to ensure adequate provision is in place.
