Grand Ball Room

The Grand Ballroom is one of the largest event spaces in Nha Trang and is a popular choice for Vietnamese wedding banquets that require seating a sizeable guest list in one cohesive room. Exact capacity figures for banquet-style seating should be confirmed directly with the Sheraton Nha Trang events team, as configurations vary by table layout and décor requirements.

As a full-service Sheraton property, the hotel provides in-house catering services for ballroom events, typically covering both Vietnamese and international menus. Couples and corporate clients are encouraged to request menu tastings and discuss dietary requirements with the catering team during the planning process.

The Grand Ballroom is equipped with built-in audiovisual infrastructure to support presentations, live performances, and broadcast-quality sound. Planners requiring specialist AV setups — such as LED walls, simultaneous translation, or live-streaming equipment — should confirm specific technical specifications and any third-party AV options with the events team.

Yes, pre-function spaces adjacent to the Grand Ballroom allow for cocktail receptions, guest registration, exhibition stands, or sponsor activations to be programmed separately from the main event. This gives planners the flexibility to create a distinct arrival experience before guests enter the ballroom itself.

Cam Ranh International Airport is the main airport serving Nha Trang, and the Sheraton is located in the central Lộc Thọ district of the city. The exact transfer time depends on traffic and the chosen transport option; the hotel's concierge or events team can arrange airport transfers and advise on the most practical options for large groups.

Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa is a full-service hotel with guest accommodation, meaning attendees travelling from other cities or abroad can book rooms on-site. This simplifies logistics considerably for weddings and multi-day conferences, as guests do not need to arrange separate transport at the end of the evening.

The Grand Ballroom's professional AV infrastructure, high-speed connectivity, and access to breakout and pre-function spaces make it a practical choice for multi-day corporate programmes. The Sheraton Nha Trang's experienced events team is accustomed to coordinating complex, multi-session schedules and can assist with everything from delegate management to coffee-break catering.

Enquiries can be submitted through the Marriott International website or directly with the hotel's events and sales team. Popular dates — particularly weekends during peak Vietnamese wedding season — tend to book up well in advance, so early contact is recommended. The team will typically provide a proposal covering venue hire, catering, and accommodation blocks based on the event's requirements.

Sheraton properties under Marriott International commonly offer dedicated wedding packages that bundle ballroom hire, catering, floral arrangements, and accommodation. Couples should request the current wedding package options from the Sheraton Nha Trang events team, as inclusions and pricing are tailored to each event and may change seasonally.

Many Sheraton ballrooms of this scale include operable partition walls that allow the space to be divided into smaller sections for breakout sessions, parallel workshops, or more intimate dinners. Whether the Grand Ballroom at Sheraton Nha Trang offers this configuration should be confirmed with the events team when making an enquiry.

Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa is located in the central Lộc Thọ district, and the hotel has parking facilities for guests. The availability of parking for large-group events and any associated charges should be discussed with the hotel directly when planning a function with a significant number of arriving vehicles.

Given the Sheraton Nha Trang's position as an internationally oriented luxury hotel on Vietnam's coast, the events team is experienced in hosting mixed Vietnamese and international guest lists. Requirements such as simultaneous translation infrastructure or multilingual event staffing can be discussed during the planning consultation.

The hotel's events team can assist with décor coordination, and the Sheraton brand works with preferred vendor networks for floral arrangements, lighting, and styling. Clients who wish to bring their own external decorators should confirm the hotel's policy on outside vendors and any setup time allocations with the events team in advance.

While the Grand Ballroom itself is an indoor space, the hotel's position along Nha Trang's celebrated beachfront makes it an attractive choice for events where guests will combine attendance with leisure time on one of Vietnam's most well-known coastal destinations. The surrounding area in Lộc Thọ ward also offers easy access to the city's restaurants, attractions, and waterfront promenade.
