Hon Chong

The space takes its name from the Hon Chong promontory, a well-known Nha Trang coastal landmark characterised by large granite rock formations along the city's shoreline. Naming an event space after this iconic local feature reflects the hotel's connection to Nha Trang's distinctive seaside identity. It is one of several ways the Sheraton Nha Trang weaves the character of its destination into the guest experience.

Yes, the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa has a portfolio of event facilities, which means Hon Chong can function as a standalone room or as part of a broader multi-room event programme. This is particularly useful for conferences requiring both plenary and breakout spaces, or for weddings that span ceremony, cocktail, and reception phases. The hotel's events team can assist in coordinating a seamless flow across multiple spaces.

Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa provides in-house catering services with a team experienced in both Vietnamese and international cuisine. Menus can typically be tailored to the nature of the event, whether a formal gala dinner, a working lunch, or a cocktail reception. Specific menu options, dietary accommodations, and beverage packages should be confirmed with the hotel's catering or events team.

The Sheraton Nha Trang provides in-house audio-visual equipment to support corporate and social events held in its venues, including Hon Chong. Typical hotel-grade AV provisions include projection, sound systems, and microphone setups, though exact specifications and what is included in a package should be verified with the events team at the time of enquiry. Technical staff support is generally available to assist during the event.

Nha Trang is served by Cam Ranh International Airport, which connects the city to major Vietnamese hubs as well as international destinations. The hotel is located on Trần Phú, the main seafront boulevard, making it straightforwardly accessible from the airport by taxi, private transfer, or shuttle services. Event planners coordinating group arrivals should speak with the hotel directly about group transfer arrangements.

Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa sits on Trần Phú, Nha Trang's principal beachfront road, placing it at the centre of the city's hospitality and transport network. The location means guests can easily access nearby restaurants, attractions, and accommodation options before or after an event. The Hon Chong promontory, after which the venue space is named, is also a short distance along the coast and a popular point of interest for visitors.

As a full-service Sheraton hotel, the property offers guest accommodation that can be booked in conjunction with an event at Hon Chong, making it convenient for delegates travelling from outside Nha Trang or wedding guests who prefer to stay on-site. Room block arrangements and preferential rates for event groups are typically available and should be discussed with the hotel's events or reservations team. Specific room counts and availability will depend on dates.

The Hon Chong venue supports flexible seating configurations to suit different event formats, including theatre, classroom, banquet, U-shape, and cocktail-style layouts. The appropriate setup will depend on the nature of the event and the number of guests attending. The hotel's events team can recommend the optimal configuration and provide a floor plan on request.

Hon Chong is a strong option for wedding receptions, supported by the Sheraton Nha Trang's culinary team, décor coordination capabilities, and the atmospheric backdrop of a beachfront hotel. The hotel's broader facilities can accommodate different stages of a wedding day, from the ceremony through to a seated dinner. Couples are encouraged to contact the weddings team to discuss bespoke packages and available dates.

Enquiries about availability and pricing for the Hon Chong space can be directed to the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa's events team, reachable through the hotel's official contact channels on the Marriott website. Providing key details — such as the event date, expected guest count, and format — will allow the team to prepare a relevant proposal. Response times and quote turnaround will vary based on current demand.

Sheraton Nha Trang's events team works with clients to tailor the look and feel of the space for individual events, including décor elements, floral arrangements, and table settings. Couples and corporate clients may also bring in approved external décor suppliers, though this is subject to the hotel's vendor policy, which should be confirmed at the time of booking. The events team can guide planners through what is available in-house.

The Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa is a full-service city hotel on Trần Phú, and parking facilities are generally associated with the property. Whether dedicated event parking, valet services, or nearby public parking options are available should be confirmed with the hotel, as arrangements may vary depending on the date and size of the event.

Nha Trang is one of Vietnam's premier coastal cities, known for its clear waters, year-round warm climate, and growing infrastructure for business and leisure travel. Hosting an event here — particularly in a seafront hotel venue like Hon Chong — gives delegates or guests a destination experience alongside the event itself, which can enhance engagement and attendance for corporate programmes. The city's accessibility via Cam Ranh International Airport adds practical appeal for groups travelling from across Vietnam or internationally.

The starting point for booking Hon Chong is the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa's dedicated events or sales team, accessible through the hotel's listing on the Marriott website or by contacting the property directly. It is helpful to have an outline of the event — including date, number of guests, and type of occasion — ready when making first contact. The team can then guide the enquiry through to a site visit, proposal, and confirmed booking.
