Pool

Yes, the Pool's beachfront position and open-air setting make it a natural fit for destination wedding receptions and pre-wedding celebrations. Nha Trang is one of Vietnam's most popular coastal wedding destinations, and the Sunrise property's location in Vạn Thạnh places couples close to the sea and the city's scenery. The hotel's events team can advise on packages and available dates.

The Pool is an open-air venue, meaning events take place under the sky with the coastal environment as a natural backdrop. This creates a different atmosphere from a ballroom — especially at sunset or in the evening — but it also means weather conditions are a relevant planning consideration. Guests are encouraged to confirm with the hotel what weather contingency or shelter arrangements are available.

Because the Pool is an open-air space, rain and weather conditions can affect events held there. Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa has indoor event spaces within the property that may serve as alternatives or backup options. Event organisers should discuss weather contingency planning directly with the hotel's team when booking.

Cam Ranh International Airport is the main gateway serving Nha Trang city, with domestic flights connecting from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City as well as a number of international routes. The hotel is located in Vạn Thạnh, a central coastal district of Nha Trang. Guests should confirm current transfer times and airport shuttle availability directly with the hotel.

Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa is a full-service hotel, so on-site guest rooms are available for delegates or guests attending events at the Pool. This is a significant advantage for destination weddings, multi-day corporate programmes, and incentive-travel groups. Room availability and group-booking rates should be confirmed with the reservations team.

As a full-service hotel, Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa has in-house food and beverage capabilities that typically extend to events held at the Pool. Whether outside catering vendors are also permitted is a policy detail that should be verified with the events team directly.

The open-air pool setting can be used across different times of day, and the atmosphere changes notably between daytime and evening. Daytime events benefit from natural coastal light, making the space suitable for wellness retreats, brand activations, and incentive-travel programming, while the evening setting is popular for cocktail receptions and celebrations. Specific hours of availability and any noise or curfew restrictions should be confirmed with the hotel.

Open-air pool venues at beachfront hotels can be subject to local noise regulations or property curfews that limit amplified music or entertainment after certain hours. Organisers planning live entertainment or DJ sets should raise this with the Sunrise events team early in the planning process to ensure the programme works within any applicable restrictions.

Specific AV equipment and décor packages available for Pool events should be confirmed directly with the hotel's events team, as open-air spaces have different technical requirements from ballrooms. The hotel can typically advise on approved suppliers and any setup guidelines for the space.

Accessibility arrangements within the hotel property, including around the Pool area, are best confirmed directly with Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa before booking. The hotel's events and guest services teams can advise on any specific accommodations they can provide for guests with mobility requirements.

Parking availability for event guests is something to raise with the hotel directly, as capacity and arrangements can vary depending on the size and nature of the event. The hotel's location in central Vạn Thạnh means guests may also arrive by taxi or ride-hailing services, which are readily available in Nha Trang city.

Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa is a full-service property with multiple facilities, which means it may be possible to combine the Pool with indoor event spaces or the hotel's spa and beach areas for a multi-format programme. This is particularly relevant for corporate incentive trips or multi-day wedding celebrations. The events team can discuss what combinations are available for a given date.

The hotel's on-site spa facilities and direct beach access provide meaningful supplementary activities for incentive-travel groups, wellness retreats, and delegate programmes that extend beyond a single event. These amenities allow organisers to build richer itineraries without arranging off-site excursions, reducing logistics complexity. Specific spa packages and beach arrangements can be coordinated through the hotel's concierge or events team.

Enquiries about availability, pricing, and event packages for the Pool can be directed to the Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa events team through the hotel's official website at sunrisenhatrang.com. It is advisable to share your preferred dates, estimated guest numbers, and event format when making an initial enquiry so the team can provide an accurate proposal.
