Capacity in the Alexandria will vary depending on the seating layout chosen — theatre-style, banquet rounds, or cocktail standing — as well as any stage or dance-floor requirements. For confirmed capacity figures specific to your event format, it is best to reach out to The Corinthians events team directly with your setup preferences.

Yes, The Corinthians Resort and Club offers on-site accommodation, which makes the Alexandria particularly well-suited to multi-day weddings or events with a significant number of out-of-town guests. Having accommodation, dining, and the event space all on the same property simplifies logistics for both hosts and guests. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed with the reservations team.

The resort setting gives corporate events an elevated feel that a standard hotel meeting room often cannot match. The events team can outline the AV infrastructure, seating configurations, and support services available for professional bookings.

Yes — Undri's position on the southern edge of Pune gives The Corinthians Resort and Club a more open, resort-style environment that contrasts with the busier atmosphere of central Pune hotel venues. This is one of the reasons event hosts choose the Alexandria when they want their event to feel like a genuine occasion rather than a standard city banquet. The lush grounds of the resort reinforce this sense of setting and arrival.

Policies on external caterers at resort properties can vary, and some venues allow outside vendors only for specialist items such as wedding cakes or specific cuisine stations. Whether external food and beverage vendors are permitted at events in the Alexandria is something that should be clarified directly with The Corinthians events team before making any third-party catering commitments.

The Corinthians Resort and Club is a large property with multiple event and recreational facilities, which makes it possible to use more than one space across different parts of an event — for example, an outdoor pre-function area for cocktails followed by dinner in the Alexandria. Whether combined bookings are available and how they are structured is something the events team can detail based on the specific event plan.
