Aura

Yes, Aura is designed to accommodate professional business events, including conferences, seminars, and training sessions. Being located in Peelamedu — a neighbourhood with a strong presence of technology parks, educational institutions, and commercial establishments — makes it particularly convenient for Coimbatore's corporate community. The hotel's events team can assist with setup, audiovisual requirements, and on-the-day coordination.

Aura is located in Peelamedu, which is in close proximity to Coimbatore International Airport, making it one of the more accessible event venues in the city for attendees flying in from other cities. This short travel distance between the airport and the venue is a practical advantage for multi-city conferences and social events with outstation guests. Exact travel times will depend on traffic conditions at the time of arrival.

Yes, Vibe Coimbatore by GRT Hotels is a full-service hotel, so accommodation is available on-site for guests and delegates who need to stay overnight. This is especially convenient for multi-day conferences or events where attendees are travelling from outside Coimbatore. Room availability and group booking rates should be confirmed directly with the hotel's reservations team.

As part of a full-service GRT Hotels property, Vibe Coimbatore is expected to offer catering services for events held at Aura, but the specific menu options, catering packages, and any policies on external caterers should be confirmed with the hotel's events team. The team can advise on cuisine options, service styles, and dietary requirements based on the nature of the event. It is recommended to discuss catering needs during the initial booking consultation.

Aura's contemporary and flexible design allows for décor customisation to suit different occasions, from engagement functions to milestone birthday celebrations. The hotel's events team can guide organisers on setup options and may offer in-house décor coordination or work with preferred vendors. Details on what is included and what requires external arrangement should be discussed with the team ahead of booking.

Vibe Coimbatore, as a modern hotel property, is expected to provide audiovisual and technical support for business events held at Aura. This typically includes projection, sound systems, and connectivity for presentations, though the specific equipment available and any associated charges should be confirmed with the events team. Early communication about technical requirements ensures the space is set up correctly on the day.

Being a hotel property in Peelamedu, Vibe Coimbatore is expected to have parking facilities for event guests, though the exact capacity and any applicable charges should be verified with the hotel directly. Peelamedu is also well served by cab and auto-rickshaw services, providing alternative arrival options for guests not driving to the venue. Organisers with large guest counts are advised to check parking arrangements during the planning stage.

Availability and pricing for Aura can be enquired about by contacting the Vibe Coimbatore events team directly through the GRT Hotels official website or by calling the property. Event costs typically depend on factors such as the type of event, guest count, catering requirements, and additional services selected. It is advisable to reach out as early as possible, particularly for dates during the peak wedding and conference season.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are determined by Vibe Coimbatore and may vary depending on the type of event, the notice period given, and any deposits or agreements in place at the time of booking. Organisers are encouraged to review the terms carefully and clarify any questions with the events team before confirming the booking. Understanding the policy in advance helps avoid complications if circumstances change closer to the event date.

Aura's location in Peelamedu, which has a significant concentration of technology parks and manufacturing businesses, makes it a highly convenient choice for companies in these sectors hosting corporate events, team meetings, or product launches. The venue's proximity to major commercial establishments in the area reduces travel time for local attendees. Its hotel-backed infrastructure — including catering, accommodation, and AV support — further suits the needs of professional business events.

Aura is well positioned for events drawing guests from outside Coimbatore, given that the venue is in Peelamedu, which is close to Coimbatore International Airport. On-site accommodation at Vibe Coimbatore means outstation attendees can stay at the same property, avoiding the need for separate hotel arrangements across the city. This combination of airport proximity and in-house rooms makes logistics significantly simpler for organisers.

Vibe Coimbatore is part of the GRT Hotels group, a well-established name in South Indian hospitality with properties across Tamil Nadu. The group's focus on service standards and professional event management extends to its venues, including Aura. Event planners familiar with GRT Hotels can expect the same quality of staff coordination and hospitality support that the group is known for.

Vibe Coimbatore's in-house events team is available to assist with the planning and execution of events held at Aura, from initial layout discussions to on-the-day coordination. Having hotel staff handle logistics allows organisers to focus on their guests rather than operational details. The scope of event management support offered can be discussed when making the initial enquiry with the hotel.

Unlike standalone banquet halls, Aura is embedded within a full-service hotel, which means event organisers have access to on-site catering, guest accommodation, parking, and professional coordination all under one roof. The contemporary design of the space, consistent with the Vibe brand's modern aesthetic, gives events a polished setting without a dated or generic feel. The Peelamedu location also adds practical value through its proximity to the airport and major commercial districts of Coimbatore.
