Positioned within a full-service hotel in Victoria Layout, the Ballroom offers the kind of refined, pillar-free or well-proportioned hall that suits both grand celebrations and structured corporate gatherings. The interiors are designed to accommodate flexible configurations — from round-table banquet layouts for weddings and receptions to theatre or classroom arrangements for conferences and seminars. The space benefits from professional-grade lighting and sound infrastructure, and the hotel's events team is experienced in adapting the Ballroom's setup to the specific requirements of each booking.
As part of the Welcomhotel brand — ITC Hotels' upper-upscale hospitality portfolio — the Ballroom operates to the service standards that the brand is known for across India. Corporate clients regularly use the space for product launches, annual general meetings, leadership conclaves, and large training programmes, taking advantage of the hotel's AV capabilities and dedicated event coordination support.
Social events — milestone birthday celebrations, anniversary dinners, cocktail receptions, and festive gatherings — are equally at home in the Ballroom. The space can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion, and the hotel's in-house décor and vendor-coordination services make it straightforward to transform the room for different aesthetics, from understated and minimal to richly decorated.
