Zen Convention is located in Vattinagulapalle, near the Gandipet and Shankarpally area on the western outskirts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Guests travelling from Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, or the financial district will find it relatively accessible along the western corridor. It is advisable to check current route conditions and allow sufficient travel time, particularly during peak hours.

The Gandipet–Shankarpally setting of Zen Convention allows for generous parking capacity that city-centre venues typically cannot offer. Guests are encouraged to confirm specific parking arrangements and any valet services directly with the property's events team before the event date.

Vista can be arranged in multiple configurations, including theatre-style seating for large gatherings, round-table or banquet layouts for dinners and celebrations, and classroom or boardroom setups for corporate sessions. The events team can work with planners to determine the most suitable arrangement based on guest count and event format.

Zen Convention operates as a purpose-built convention and exhibition centre with in-house catering as part of its event infrastructure. For details on menu options, cuisine styles, and whether external caterers are permitted, organisers should get in touch with the Zen Convention events team directly.

Yes — Vista's interior features clean lines and neutral finishes that are designed to complement both traditional South Indian décor schemes and modern corporate aesthetics. This flexibility makes it a practical canvas for decorators working across different event briefs. Planners should confirm any décor restrictions, such as rules around open flames or ceiling rigging, with the venue team.

Vista is designed to handle events at scale within the Zen Convention campus and is regularly booked for wedding receptions and related functions. Exact guest capacity figures for different configurations should be confirmed with the Zen Convention events team, as numbers vary based on the chosen seating or floor plan.

Zen Convention is a multi-hall convention campus, and one of its operational advantages is the ability to run simultaneous events in separate spaces without interference. Vista functions as a distinct space with its own entrance and service flow within the complex. Clients with concerns about event overlap or exclusivity should discuss scheduling specifics with the bookings team.

As a convention-centre facility, Zen Convention provides audio-visual equipment and technical support as part of its standard event offering. This typically includes sound systems, projection or LED screen setups, and stage lighting. Planners with specialist AV requirements should share their technical rider with the events team in advance to confirm availability.

Zen Convention is positioned as a convention and exhibition centre rather than a hotel property, so on-site guest room accommodation may not be available. Event organisers planning multi-day programmes or out-of-town guest lists should confirm accommodation options directly with the venue or explore nearby hotels in the Gandipet and Shankarpally corridor.

Yes — Vista is noted as a suitable space for pre-wedding rituals and celebration evenings such as mehendi and sangeet functions, in addition to main reception events. The adaptable floor plan allows the space to be dressed differently for each function in a multi-day wedding schedule.
